墨爾本機場阿美莉卡長住飯店(Extended Stay America Suites - Melbourne - Airport)

I like staying there my kids like staying there I just wish it was a little bit cheaper it is comfortable staff is nice

一切都很順利。優越的地理位置！辦理入住手續的工作人員友好而高效。房間乾淨舒適！會推薦給其他人！！

Dumpy, dirty, rusty shower curtain rods, rusty stoves, smelly rooms, dirty/sticky floors, holes in blankets, soft mushy beds, sink didn’t drain, trash all over parking lot. Coffee was good though.

This is a non smoking hotel and the first room got was like an ashtray . The second one wasnt bad smelling but its missing a drawer to me thats pretty bad looking abd should be replaced . But worst was i was the first to take a shower and go into the bathroom and the soap was already opened and used !!!!!! Never got changed . Would never reccommend this hotel .

Awful. Plain awful. Room was smelly and the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. Lots of low lifes in the area as well. I worried about my car getting broken in to. Saw a dog pee in the lobby. Breakfast consisted of muffins from a box and coffee without any milk or creamer available. That’s it. Nothing else. Furniture was bolted to the walls to keep it from being stolen. Pots had so much nonstick peeling off that it would wind up in your food. See the attached picture. No silverware in the room. Had to ask for it and was give one small spoon and a fork. No knife was available. Stayed one night, had to pay for three. Booked a room elsewhere and took the financial hit. It was worth it to get out of there.

Will not stay here again. Desk would not help with rate. She said we got the last 2 bed room but they ended up having to move us into another 2 bed room. In the first room the toilet did not work. Coffee made in the morning but they had no creamer. Said they ran out. I feel the price of the room was way to much for what we got.

我下班後到達酒店，並用電話嘗試聯繫前台。等了 20 多分鐘並反复打電話後，我終於放棄了讓我登記入住的人。酒店聞起來像床噴霧劑，第二天早上我頭疼得令人難以置信。我提前退房並住在另一家酒店，他們拒絕退還我額外兩晚的費用，說因為我是通過 Hotel.com 預訂的，即使我沒有入住那些晚上，我也會被收取費用。避免！

接待員非常友好。 早餐在哪裡！ 鬆餅不是早餐。我正在考慮獲得 20.00 美元的退款。我不得不買早餐。我不喝咖啡，沒有提供果汁。 我永遠不會留在這個美國套房。我剛到家，但我會在網上做評論。

Inadequate supplies available for room; fight broke out in lobby during check-in process; there are definitely better options available.
