這是我最滿意的一個酒店，不是習慣性好評，是強烈推薦哦！！！ 我們是兩大兩小，兩個房間住的很舒適，關鍵樓層高，視野非常好，而且還可以看到日落，簡直是意外驚喜，34樓的游泳池是又是另外一個美景，游泳觀景，非常出片。而且附近離shopping mall很近，！步行可到，附近也有小吃店，或者買上來並能夠使用房間裏的微波爐，廚房裡有簡單的餐具，很方便。

是私人公寓，跟酒店在同一個樓，這個價格環境還行，在馬六甲性價比還可以。沒有拍照片。1.5米床。老闆查房的時候，沒看到帶被套過來換，不知道是不是每次都換了，大家入住的時候要記得觀察一下。現在我在香港，也是在攜程訂了一個超級垃圾的房，我不敢睡，總是有聲音。打算坐一個晚上，我明天退房了，我離開香港了，就評論今天訂的香港的房間。

公寓位置太讚了，面對馬六甲海峽簡直太美啦～裝修很舒服，很乾凈，自己帶牙刷牙膏和拖鞋就夠了，一個大床房一間雙床房，2個衞生間 一個無敵海景大客廳大飄窗，簡直完美～公寓樓下就是便利店，簡直不要太方便，入住退房很方便～離馬六甲海峽景區玩也很近 打車幾分鐘～

I will definitely strongly recommended anyone & everyone to book a room at Bali Residence under Jeffery Management because it is worth every penny you will spent. Me, my wife & my son had the best of our holidays due to the unit we rented in. Without any doubts & without any hesitation if I were to go to Melaka, there won't any other unit I will stay in except at Bali Residence under Jeffery Management. Everything single things is perfect. Mind blowing unit with great facilities around & nice seaview.

Cons: The rooms are outdated. The carpet smells. The beds are ok. Some parts of the rooms are really dirty even with cobwebs (see photos). The balcony floor is filthy and not maintained. Staff are ok, but other than one male reception, the rest are not friendly. They are not rude, just not welcoming and friendly as how someone facing customers should be. The housekeeping team: On two occasions, they just opened our room without knocking, and it was still before check-out time. This is a serious issue. The aircond was leaking, and no one came to fix it after reporting it. The pool is small, and no pool towel is provided. The hotel also charges Rm5 if you ask for an extra towel. Insane! Pros: The hotel looks nice from the outside, and so does the lobby. The 3 bedroom apartment is huge. The room service food is affordable compared to other hotels.

價格,位置和一切都很好。但是設施非常缺乏-只有身體淋浴。沒有洗髮水,護髮素等。衛生紙很少....枕頭太硬了......我不得不用毯子作爲枕頭......但不後悔預訂這個,肯定會回到這個Airbnb

House 100% same as picture. Very clean and the mattress very comfortable.. the staff very helpful, when i need iron they immediately response and delivery to unit. feel like a stay at hotel. Would recommend.

Our stay at this beautiful Balinese homestay in Klebang was unforgettable! The design is stunning, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for our family gathering. The spacious layout and impressive amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely pool area, made our time together truly special. The owner’s attention to detail was remarkable—everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from snacks to local tips. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for families!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, mainly due to the very friendly and welcoming staff. However, I would rate my stay 6/10, as there are several areas that need improvement. Swimming Pool Experience: While we respected the rule of wearing swimming caps, the caps provided were reused, still wet, and had an unpleasant smell. This was quite unhygienic and should be addressed. Towel Policy: We were required to register when entering the pool, which was fine. However, the restriction on bringing the towel back to the hotel room was inconvenient, as we had to return it while still wet. Facility Access Issues: The Kids' Room and Gym were inaccessible as our access card did not work, no hotel staff inside as well. This was frustrating since we were unable to use these amenities. Renovation Disturbance: The hotel was surrounded by renovation noises, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay.
