Beautiful venue, great location and friendly staff. Only downside is the area is extremely quiet at night and it can be a little intimidating trying to find your way back later in the evening.

Realmente é um palácio. Todos são muito educados e agradáveis. Conseguimos ajuda para reservar um carro e ganhamos upgrade de quarto. As camas são muito macias e os travesseiros enormes. Experiência vale a pena se você quer viver um dia como a realeza. O preço é bastante justo pela entrega de atendimento e infraestrutura. O café da manhã é deliciosos e bem completo.

Palazzo d'epoca bellissimo come bellissima era la nostra suite. Personale cordiale e disponibile. La colazione era particolare ma buona (ho apprezzato il Couscous con i datteri caldi). L'unica nota davvero stonata è stata la cena, non all'altezza

I am not even sure where to start. This people are scamming their guests in any way possible. We stayed 2 nights in total and escaped from this place 1 day earlier. The room they gave us in our first night seemed fine as we dropped of our luggage and left the room. There was a heavy room perfume, but we didn’t mind it. After we returned to our room in the evening, there was a DISGUSTING SEWAGE SMELL in the room. So naturally, we tried to air the room a bit by opening the entrance door but it didn’t work at all. So we used our perfume to fix it, it worked only for 5 minutes. In this “peaceful” 5 minutes, we discovered that fitted sheets were full of hairs and dirts. Then, DISGUSTING SEWAGE SMELL came back. We did what everyone would do in our situation: I went down to the reception to complain. Well, I was naive. There was no one in the reception, and security person was snoring so loud in the entrance. So I went back to my room and sprayed the room again in shifts in every 5-10 minutes until me and my partner both passed out. Next day, I found the reception lady and called her to our room. She was also immediately DISGUSTED by the SEWAGE smell and changed the room. I said I went down in the evening to complain but there was no one. And receptionist replied: “sorry, we were fully booked yesterday.” Sheets we were given in the new room were was also dirty. We complained again and they changed it. They just play fool and act surprised when you address the problems. So, we were so disgusted by their behaviour and traumatised by the DISGUSTING SEWAGE SMELL, that I am pretty sure we lost our sense of smell (and our trust in humanity) at some point and decided to leave the place earlier. Side story: let me tell you something about the breakfast. It is served the evening before actually, when they host a party in the common area (in case you didn’t have a problem sleeping yet). Some of the leftovers will be served the next morning in a room charmed with another odour, one smelling like pee this time. Let’s say you wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee, oh boy, get ready for the worst coffee anyone drank in their life. I am dead serious, there is no way a coffee can taste any worse. Anyways, so wanted to leave the place earlier and asked for a refund for the 1st night. Look, not even for the whole stay given everything we went through and all the trauma. Long story short, they denied our request because they believe they “fixed” our problem by changing the room (logic leaves the earth). They said we should have complained when we first encountered with the problem, although I already went downstairs and there was no one to complain, except snoring security person. I invited them to check the security cameras together but they didn’t care. Because this is all they do: they don’t care. So because I couldn’t find someone to complain, and hence I couldn’t complaint, I was responsible?? But this is not going to end here, I will further proceed with my compl

Verschrikkelijk. GA HIER NIET HEEN. De lakens zagen eruit alsof de Ottomanen er 200 jaar geleden nog op hadden geslapen. Het stinkt naar riool, ze verbloemen het met parfum wat na een paar uur uitwerkt. Je kunt niet ademen. Smerig ontbijt, feesten in de hal tot savonds laat en het personeel doet alsof ze jouw klacht nog nooit gehoord hebben (ookal zie je in de reviews ook andere mensen met slechte ervaringen). Onveilig te bereiken na zonsondergang. Riskeer deze ervaring niet, ik raad het niemand aan.
