Had a late night check in , the front desk associate was very nice . The room was small but adequate. The location is in between a highway and a busy road (bring earplugs). Overall for the price point I was happy . I would stay there again if need be .

The front desk staff was great. The building is older and is a bit rough. The other guests were a mix of travelers and riff raff. My family and I were across from loud Middle Aged women with lots of guests. The door opening and slamming all night. Again the staff was great and did their best.

If you don't mind a place that is all beat up, that has no soap, no hot water, no heat at night, that has loud music from midnight to 3 am, this is the place, worse that a train station.

I liked the friendly staff, made me feel welcomed and i enjoyed their hospitality. The breakfast was great and delicious. I will stay there again in the future.

This poor hotel has a lot on its plate being one of the more affordable stays in Medford. The good: breakfast was awesome on our first morning, check-in was quick and simple and the staff all seemed happy to help. The bad: breakfast the following morning was almost non-existant as they seemed to be out of many things. We were unable to adjust the temprature of the mini fridge in our room which caused all of our fresh food to freeze over night, ruining all our food. There was a bizarre odor eminating from the elevator and the a/c unit in our room. Our shower head was broken, causing water to flood the bathroom area. We also found several tylenol gel caps on the floor of our room. Which our toddler could have easily mistaken for candy had we not checked. The floors appeared largely unswept prior to our arrival. Unsure if we will stay here again. If you have kids, it may be better to pay a little extra to stay someplace else.

For the most part the stay was good, but there were some issues that are typical of hotels that don't want to pay for a good maintenance person. For example: whoever cut the bottom of the bathroom door was not careful and large chips were taken out of the door finish. The person who did some of the caulking did a very unsightly job. The person who installed the mirror put multipurpose screws right through the frame of the mirror. Lastly, though not a maintenance persons fault, the only available outlets were on the light fixture mounted to the wall by the bed or in the vanity area.

The rooms are comfortable & clean. It was relatively quiet for the duration of our stay. The staff is phenomenal, super friendly, helpful, all of my interactions with them were positive.

The room was okay for the price, but the hotel and grounds just felt sketchy. Staff was fine.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Only drawback was a couple arguing outside our window and the guy was using very foul language. Overall it was a good stay.
