Room was neat and clean. Very quiet location and friendly staffs☺️☺️

Very good place

Op de 4de verdieping. Heel rustige buurt. 20 minuten walk nr busstation. Er is een bar verbonden (jammer genoeg only strong beer). En een restaurant. Bescheiden ontbijtbuffet. Inbegrepen is ook de lunch and diner (beperktere keuze, en je wacht in het resto, niet direct gezellig, maar het is wel verzorgd en lekker). Check kamers vooraf. Sommige hebben vochtproblemen.

The staff at the reception is rude and unfriendly. They refused to allow my guests in to the room even as they are senior citizens.

We had great stay at the hotel , food and customer service was really good, they asked if they can prepare watermelon juice since we don’t like the papaya juice and it was super fresh.. big thumbs up for volunteering it.. the only drawback is we were able to smell the smoke inside bathroom and while we came out of hotel room..

Overall good stay rooms are small but neat and clean. Hotel staffs are very good helpful. Good is ok. Bathroom neatness is not so good

I stayed with my baby and dad. The room was spacious but not very clean and had a lingering smoke smell. The bedsheets were quite old, and the breakfast was average. However, the staff was friendly. I would recommend providing smoke-free rooms for guests with babies.

High' point hotel stay was really good. Food was very tasty and staffs are so polite and helping. Overall it was a good hotel to stay

Good and professional staff at hotel high point with excellent presentation. Rooms were little smaller but cleanliness were top notch.

Our stay at hotel high point was exactly in the middle of the city and connectivity to location around was best and with regards to food, amenities and services were taken care very much professionally with good staff around.

Not three star level what you find in usual cities. When we entered the room, it smelled damp (not fresh / ventilated. We found small cockroaches in cupboards and bathrooms. Room was spacious. Towels were looking old / over used. There was no toilet paper as well. Service / responsiveness was good though. Would pass as an economy hotel, but not worth the 3 star level room rent.

Services can be improved, rest everything is fine, bit expensive, remaining is fine. Looking forward for better hospitality, breakfast options are less

very cordial staff, rooms were clean and neatly maintained. facilities were upto ❣️.will suggest this hotel for my friends and colleagues too.
