No es una queja sino un comentario que creo pertinente que lo sepan para que lo tengan en cuenta porque no me fue muy bien con el hotel. Mucho desaseo en la habitación: toallas con un olor muy maluco, en una de ellas que ya estaba muy bien doblada y demás salió una bola de cabello como ese que se recoge de los cepillos de cabello, la ducha sucia… etc. muy desaseado

esta bien ubiacada, lo malo es q en 7 noches q nos quedamos nunca nos preguntaron si necesitavamos jabon, cambio de toallas o algun otro servicio!!!! l cocineta funciona bien, pero no hay donde dejar los platos para q se sequen, detalles q pueden mejorar pero volveria sin duda , la habitacion con biena vista y bien decorada

La ubicación es .uy buena. Las vistas y Las instalaciones excelentes. El problema fue que había hecho una reserva para mi familia, somos 4. Y las camas adicionales fueron un desastre. Un colchón inflable en el suelo y un sofá cama sucio y muy incómodo. No habían sábanas al recibir el apartamento. Aunque luego el converge nos pudo ayudar, pero aun así, nos enviaron dos sábanas bajeras en lugar de un juego de sábanas completo. Muy incómodo tuvimosnqje estar pues como no hay quien nos responda cara a cara todo queda en mensajes. Igual paso con el wifi, que tuvimos que deducir cual era el login pues el que nos enviaron inicialmente no iba. En fin, que muy bien por las instalaciones y la limpieza pero muy mal la logística. No volveré allí con mi familia.

Buen sitio cómodo, bonito muy bien ubicado buen sector buenas vías de acceso, una sola observación la cama auxiliar tenía la sabana sucia, y el check out es demasiado temprano así como el check in demasiado tarde, sin embargo llegué casi dos horas antes venía con niños y me ayudaron para ingresar de inmediato, chevere el concepto volveré

Housy host got to be the worest host I ever dealt with. When I checked in the apartment wasn't clean. A lot of hair on the floor, the bed sheets weren't clean, I started removing the hair from the floor and cleaning a little but there was NO trash box in the apartment. There was no soap in the shower, just on toilet paper roll for the whole ten days. Even the toilet paper I had to buy.. AC wasn't working as well. Now, they tried to fix some of the issues after communication through whatsapp.. They cleaned the AC filter that improved it a little. Venesa was the only responsive helpful person she brought a trash box, changed the dirty sheets, and cleaned the floor.. There is more negative things but in short housy host is cheap host that doesn't pay any attention to the guest needs.

The property is beautiful, clean ans very safe. Everyone is super nice. The cafe is great. The apartment is very nice. The view is spectacular. The bed a bit hard but they brought me a topper right away. Overall a wonderful stay. Would recommend and would come back.experience

The property was within about 10 minutes of a lot of great site seeing places: El poblado, two malls, grocery store, a massage location called 5 Elementos Spa and Wellness center and so many more. When entering the Deluxe Room Suite it was quickly realized that it wasn’t much of a deluxe room, just a regular room, but it did have air conditioning! Sadly, they did not provide towels, hand towels, or a bathroom mat for the shower which had half a glass door and half a shower curtain close to the shower head which made the water pool onto the bathroom floor (like it was an unfinished shower). It had been like that for awhile because the bathroom floor was definitely lifting because of the access water leaving the shower. That was weird. We had to contact the host through WhatsApp and the average response time was 1-24 hours. We couldn’t “talk to the security guards” for supplies (ie the missing towels) but they ended up being the ones that gave us the things that we needed. That whole set up was inconvenient/confusing because of the note of us not talking to the guards. Anyway, if you need a taxi, the guards will order it for you! They were truly helpful in many ways. The cafe on the 2nd floor was great along with the workers. A large space to eat inside and out on the back patio area. The gym was right there. A small gym but it had a lot of equipment. We were okay with the stay, if we were to do it again we would stay elsewhere because of inconvenience of the room.

Se perdieron unos documentos importantes dentro de la habitación. Me indicaron que nadie los vio, y los busque y nunca aparecieron. Producto de eso perdi mi vuelo y me toco comprar uno nuevo. Simplemente alguien los tomo del cuarto
