麥德林福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Medellin)

It was a great experience staying in the hotel. All staff are so nice and helpful. They really take care of kids. We went swimming with our kids every morning. They even prepared new toys for that! How sweet! The location of the hotel is excellent and it’s quiet and safe around. It has a large shopping mall next to it that you just need to cross the gate from the 2nd floor from the hotel. So convenient! We will definitely recommend to our friends of it! Thanks all the staff for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.

We stayed here due to the brand and location of the hotel. It is next door to a great shopping center which has everything! The staff at the hotel are what every hotel should emulate....friendly, great customer service and happy to be there. Valentino is their mascot so be sure to meet him. There are too many to mention for how wonderful they were. The hotel rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast had many options, and the coffee was so good. They have a great happy hour and Erica makes the BEST mojitos and margaritas we've ever tasted. The spa was really good too. The pool was refreshing. Definitely a five-star experience. It is within walking distance to some places in Poblado although navigating some streets at night can be tricky with traffic. I would defnitely stay here again.

Stayed for 6 nights. Nice room with clean bathroom and cold air-conditioning. Great staff (check-in, room service, breakfast area). Good breakfast. Connected to a mall (Oviedo) and supermarket (Carulla). Great and safe location (El Poblado is upscale). 15-min walk to Lleras park (restaurants, nightlife). Thank you Four Points for my memorable first visit to Colombia!

We come for this hotel many years now. Always we were very happy but this time it was less. Service level went down, less accessories in the room and no black tea available. Not sure to book it next time

El servicio de check in y personal excelente. El servicio de comida fue riquísimo y el servicio excelente. La limpieza estuvo perfecta y siempre muy serviciales a la hora de necesitar algo.
