Hotel is great, felt luxurious and comfortable… only small negative point was that sometimes it was hard to find a quick taxi ride du to the location on the hill

Servicios malos, debería ser dos estrellas… atención deficiente, todo viejo y sin mantenimiento. No les importa si no te sientes a gusto, casi no me entregan habitacion, restaurante demorado y mal sabor además de fría la comida. Mala experiencia!

Considerando que es un hotel 5 estrellas deberían enfoc**** un poco más en el mantenimiento. Cuando llegue al cuarto noté que la mesa del televisor estaba en malas condiciones, además noté que una tablilla en granito del closet ubicado en el baño, estaba agrietada lo cual pudiera romperse y caer encima de un algún huésped que ocupe la habitación.

First of All this îs not a 5 stars hotel. Its a shame that such a beautiful area with a vintage hotel like park 10 has a present like this. In the old days I’m sure it was a nice property but now the customer service and the property doesn’t deserve the stars. Who can see my travel history knows I’m not doing such reviews easily because I’m trying to find the nice parts and stick with that. Here from the first moment of my check in to the last one it was a terrible experience. I have a vip status and nothing but nothing from my benefits were respected. The customer service was terrible, no skills for these employees to treat someone, Marcela was a disaster and should not work on that depar**ent. She was rude without respect. The guys too. The only persons who showed me professionalism were Mauricio from the concierge and a John David at the breakfast area. I would love to speak with someone in charge to express my sadness about this experience. A beautiful city like Medellin with a property with such potential deserves better from the employees. I will never stay there anymore and I recommend you to look for other options are plenty much better than this one. I have pictures en videos how I found the room And the conditions I saw. A good aspect were the beds. The only comfortable thing there. The rest terrible.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, los trabajadores fueron excelentes y educados. Las instalaciones del hotel un poco anticuadas y la comida del restaurante no fue muy agradable. Las veces que cené allí no me gusto nada. Muy salado todo o mal cocido. De resto todo bien.

Excelente hotel, los desayunos son muy buenos y completo. Queda cerca de Provenza y el parque del poblado de donde salen los tours. Sin lugar a dudas cuando regrese a Medellín, vuelvo a hospedarme en el mismo hotel.

El hotel es excelente, el servicio impecable, la habiatacion muy comoda aunque un poco vieja, el desayuno y la atencion de los mesoneros 5 estrellas asi como el restaurante de la cena. en lineas generales todo espectacular
