El hotel está a unos pasos del Centro Comercial Santa Fé y a unos 200 metros del Centro Comercial Oviedo. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca como Andrés Carne de Res y otros. El desayuno es muy completo con todo tipo de jugos y frutas, y también cenamos una noche y la comida estaba exquisita.
No usamos la piscina, porque hacía un poco de fresco ni tampoco el gimnasio que se veía muy completo.

The NH is very well located to the suburb of Provincia, which is a lively upscale neighbourhood. We were here for business and being able to walk safely about the district at night to the many bars and restaurants to meet with clients was very convenient. The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable, but are not to the standard of a 5 star, or certainly what the international standard for that would mean .

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great!
The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways.
Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

Santiago (the guy in the front desk) was of tremendous assistance for planning the tours with the little time we had. The hotel was pleasant and clean. My only disappointment was that the bar was closed early and the pool closed at 6pm.

En general muy bien, el hotel es moderno, muy bien localizado, excelente wifi, cuenta con una terraza muy buena y la piscina es climatizada. Lo mejor es que los vidrios son antiruido, así que es maravilloso para descansar. Lo que si podrían mejorar son las almohadas, pues son incómodas, altas y duras. Y bueno, la cama también está bastante rígida.
El desayuno es variado y son muy amables los meseros. El restaurante en la cena, le falta personal para atender las mesas y el room service, lo que hace que los pedidos sean demorados. Pero la comida está muy rica. También fue fácil el check in y el check out.
Finalmente, no es un hotel de lujo, es más apropiado para trabajar o de negocios, pero los espacios y servicios están muy bien. se destaca la amabilidad de muchos empleados, siempre pendientes.
