Booked this hotel for $140 (breakfast not included, breakfast need to pay RP90.000) for the Superior Double Room for 5D4N trip with my family. 1 year ago i was checking this hotel out but turns out many reviews were bad. But I had to see it for myself this time thats why i booked this hotel and take risks. Checking in was no issue as I checked in late. But lobby is dull and dark. Didnt have to pay for the deposits. Went in to the room, and was already greated with 2 flies (mosquitoes). On the AC, but room wasnt cold enough. Went to check on the kettle as I need hot water for my baby’s milk, as you can see the first picture of the kettle there is stains which i dont intend to wash even😂. I will ask for hotel water the next morning during breakfast time at the their restaurant. Then shower head was bad, why can they change to a new shower head? Everywhere there is dust in the hidden spots. I went on to find the charging port as i need to charge my phone. It was located behind the chairs and one near the kettle🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ Like why there? I had to charge my phone while sitting on the floor.. And its the 2 pin charging point. So travellers intending to stay here despite reading bad reviews here, bring the multi charging adapter! I went on to test the room phone but it was not working? So I went down and inform the receptionist that the phone in the room was not working, they explain that maybe because it was raining heavily just now thats why its been cut off? I was like okay… So i went back to my room and check on my baby, and saw there were 2 mosquitoes sucking her blood already and I quickly shoooo them away (one was killed by me😂) The next day, went to breakfast and they have Nasi Goreng (it was okay, nothing special), Mee Goreng (it was meh), Lupis (its nice👍🏼), Lontong (it was nice👍🏼), Mix Fruits (Watermelon, Papaya), Toasted Bread (👍🏼). Went to swimming afterwards, Lots of people as it was on the weekend. Had to pay Rp8.000 each for extra people. Then we went back to the our rooms and request for a new towel, the housekeeping said they wanted the old towel to exchange with the new ones. Told the housekeeper that the other towel was left by the pool. The housekeeper informed us to take the towel so that can exchange. In what rule is that? Anyway, had to ask my cousin to go to the swimming pool and take our towel😒 All in all, do not go this hotel, only good thing here is the pool. If you want to experience maybe can but just for 1 night. As my niece was saying this is the worst hotel ever, way more worst that our Hotel 81 SG.

Old design hotel that need re set up again due to current lay out truly outdated and not fit to the latest facility as hotel. Hair dryer, lighting system, air conditioning without remote control 😐😐 appreciate to the hotel management to have a look on this situation. If this keep continuous happen.. Not impossible Danau Toba international hotel would be a collapsed and hope immediate action would taken 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
So, me and my husband went to medan recently and decided to stay in this hotel for 2 days. I would say that it ws NOT a pleasant stay. There ws this musty smell at the corridor and in the room. The building is not being maintained well, we can say. There ws cricket in the room .*scared the **** of me*.
Even from the start, the air cond ws nt cold enough and there ws so weird noise if we decrease the temperature, bt we wr told that its already at its maximum coldness and the noise will goes off in a while. Hahaha. As expected, the air cond ws nt functioning in the middle of the night. Hmmmm... we decided to shift to another hotel the next day.
So, please maintain your hotel, guys. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Saya menginap 1 malam dihotel ini sekitat jam 10.20 kurang lebih tiba” ada yg masuk ke kamar kami pdhl kamar dgn keadaan terkunci disamperin suami katanya salah kamar . Buru” nlp resepsionis jwb annya gak mngkin bu kunci kamar yg ibu pegang itu kunci satu”ny, saya jwb loh gak mngkin gmn? Itu orgnya masuk . Mngkin housekiping bu ak jwb tdk krn berpakaian baju biasa dan tdk mengetuk pintu . Ku jelaskan perawakan org tersebut pihak hotel menjwb dgn ente iya bu itu petugas houskipinh yg bertugas jam 10.00 malam . What? Pakaian biasa masuk kamar tanpa mengetuk.
Krn itu saya dan suami was was tdk bisa tdur semalaman .
