***Don’t book here for important events!!*** I came to this hotel for a wedding on Saturday June 1st. The wedding hosts had reserved a set amount of rooms with a discount rate when I booked a king room on April 10th. I had called on Friday May 31st to see if I could check in early, and I was instructed not quite and to try again the next day when I arrive from my flight and they might have a room ready when I arrive. I arrived at 11ish, I call and was told they updated my reservation but no room ready yet. I get there at 12 and I check again, no room ready yet. They said most likely a room won’t be available until normal check in time at 4pm. All this I could understand bc I was requesting to check in early. At 4pm, I tried to check in and was told that they oversold rooms and they did not have a room for me and had no idea when they would have a room. The wedding was at 6pm and I needed to leave at 5pm to make it on time. Crazy!! I was offered the transfer room in the lobby to change and get ready for the wedding but it was still extremely uncomfortable and I was even late for the wedding because someone else was using the room before me!! Fast forward to after the wedding, I get back to the hotel by around 11:30pm. Still no room!!! I was told the assistant manager was cleaning the room as all the housing staff had left for the day. There was even another gentleman in front of me who said he was waiting for 2 hrs for his room and also was told the assistant gm was cleaning his room too. He also told me the hotel overbooked by 11 rooms(which I can’t verify but I certainly believe). I proceed to wait another hour(!!) for my room to be cleaner. At this point it’s around 12:30AM, I’m extremely tired and cranky. Michelle the AGM comes down and informs me my room is ready, which the only positive thing about this horribleeeee experience was Michelle as I could tell she was frazzled with the mess that was left for her and from cleaning rooms, but she was still nice and understanding when I talked to her. And I guess the king bedrooms were all out as I was given a room with two queens just for myself. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel in Charlotte again, nor will I want to stay at any other Hilton Canopy since this seems to be an issue with the reservation system more than anything. Stay away if you have an important event planned for your stay!!

I like safety car park, and I get bedroom/living room are separated., rooms are clean, Staff and Night bartender very friendly foods is good. But breakfast price is not including coffee!! I not mind to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. But most hotels are breakfast price have coffee included (plus breakfast not a buffet.)

The room is nice and hotel is spacious - really fits well with the Hilton brand. Though the hotel is nice what really makes this place special is the staff. Charles (GM) woke up to personally assist me and Adarian (AS) stayed late, was so patient and positive !! You can tell they are a team at Doubletree!! I wish more hotels were like this!

一定有原因,看了各種評論選擇了這家酒店,一定是價格,因爲需要翻新!椅子和ottoman應該因爲所有的rips免費贈送!如果他們拿出來,房間會更好。廁所在洗手池的浴室窗台下面。所以很奇怪!我們的電視遙控器根本沒功能,我們的保險箱可操作!每次離開房間,我都必須帶着所有的珠寶和現金!倒行逆施, 餅乾很棒,工作人員超級親切!除非你停在正門並卸下行李,否則沒有一個真正容易的方法從你的車到房間。我們一整天都走的時候要求店員解決這兩個問題。當我們4:30回到家時,什麼也沒做。這家酒店不達標我過去住過的連鎖酒店!我真的真的很欣賞健身房的peloton!雖然提供了紙巾而不是毛巾。我確實睡了一個很棒的夜晚,我真的很喜歡牀上用品!枕頭很好,蓬鬆,我的雙人牀上有四個,只是爲了我!哈比在下一個牀上睡得很好。

非常好的酒店，酒店服務好，下次一定還會選這裏住，總之非常滿意的一次住宿。幫領導安排這家酒店，領導很滿意。

喜歡這家酒店！他們真的知道如何超越自己的客人。我的妻子度過了一個意外的30歲生日。他們將我們升級為套房，並在房間裏拿着手寫的卡片，上麪有好東西在等我們。 代客的Kevin和Brandon在到達和離開方面都很出色，車輛在等待我們並協助行李。我們辦理入住手續后，前台的William向我們發送了一條短信，以確保所有內容均符合房間的要求。 您衹是在其他任何地方都沒有得到這種關注。如果您想要一個完美的住宿，請留下金普頓。期待回來。

由於,我們不得不搬多個房間。在我們在那裏的5天中,有4天我們在房間和走廊裏體驗了。最後的夜晚,整個酒店沒有任何動力。我們知道這不是工作人員的錯,但他們不體貼,也沒有幫助改善情況,並確保我們知道他們不會以任何方式補償。由於沒有電,我們購買的所有食物都被寵壞了,我們不得不睡在熱騰騰的房間裏。酒店不願意提供任何幫助。我們從海灘回來後無法洗澡,由於早上6點的航班,我們的一些聚會不得不在黑暗中收拾行李,但是酒店沒有幫助他們使用任何閃光燈或任何東西。第二天早上,我們被酒店管理層敲門,說由於停電,我們不得不離開。所以我們收拾好所有的東西(我們還有一個嬰兒,所以我們有相當多的行李5天)酒店說我們可以去街邊的姐妹酒店。我們把所有的東西都裝到姐妹酒店,只是被告知我們必須加倍支付才能有一個地方放鬆幾個小時的航班(我們還需要在前一天從海灘淋浴)。我不會支付2間酒店房間的費用,所以我們打電話給雙層樹,看看他們是否願意給我們支付2家酒店的信用/費用,因爲他們把我們趕出了酒店,他們告訴我們權力剛剛恢復。整個經歷是我經歷過的最差的假期。儘管雙樹說由於停電,我們不得不離開,停車場仍有大約50輛汽車,沒有人在樓下離開,只有我們。工作人員都坐在沙發上,甚至不關心客人。
