Great hotel in the heart of Downtown Charlotte. Diamond was my receptionist and her hospitality and professionalism was A1. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was not ready at 3:00 p.m. like it was suppose to be. A staff member said they would call when the room was ready. They never called and I waited until 6:15 p.m. this is the most disappointing experience I ever had at a high quality hotel. I don’t think I will be coming back.

Beautiful hotel with terrific staff, but party and road racing noises until 2-3 AM make it very challenging to sleep. We changed rooms from the park side one evening to the other side for our second evening, but it didn’t make a difference.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, we did not get any sleep. Please do not eat at the restaurant on sight, the food is awful and way too overpriced.

Check in was absolutely terrible. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never go back.

They charge you $30 to park in their parking lot

When I first came through the parking, I got stock in the staircase meant for employees. I called the hotel three times. First time they just hung up on me. Second time, they told me to stay there and someone will get me. I waited for half an hour nobody did. I called them again, and while I was on the phone I decided to go up one level and there was a door I could exit. I came out right next to the valet people. It wasn’t a busy day, one of them could come and get me. They could have told me I need to come up the stairs to get me, but they didn’t. Even the front desk people (whom I was talking with on the phone) didn’t apologize. I almost called 911 because I thought nobody was going to help me. The room wasn’t clean either, the bed was stained. I have been to way cleaner hotels at the fraction of the price and was treated much better too.
