The tub in the shower was EXTREMELY slick. My wife nearly fell in the shower. If she hadn't warned me, I probably would have fallen, too. The breakfast was quite good, but they need to have bath mat for use in their showers.

Nice room and convenient location. Great staff! Little issue with thermostat in room but was probably more of a user error.

The beds in the room were not comfortable. Like sleeping on a board with a minimal amount of cushion.

The handicap stall shower seat could have been cleaned better. Other than that, I’ve never had a problem when staying at this location.

Check-in was easy & the front desk was super helpful. We found our room had a leaky toilet and when we called the front desk, they came to our room to give us keys to the room next door (which was super helpful since we had a 3 year old with us). Pool was great for our son to swim & the hot tub was nice too. Breakfast was good, quite a bit to choose from.

Very nice hotel. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great! Check in was east and staff was friendly and helpful.

The one room that we had one the first floor was very noisy. The room on the third floor was very quiet.

The hotel was very clean, staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast has many options, was fresh, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again. The only downfall was the price for our stay was almost doubled. Due to the state fair in Hutch, the price of all hotels were increased. We were there for a college visit and unable to get the normally reduced rate that is offered for this.
