Very clean and friendly staff and lots of room bed very comfortable highly recommended hotel.close to alot of shops and places to eat and close to hospitals

Check in was quick and easy even though we requested a room change that was different from our original reservation. Our rooms as well as the hotel in general were very clean. We had no problems. McCandless Crossing which is immediately adjacent to the hotel provides many shopping and dining options.

Great hotel. Fast check in, room comfortable, exceptionally clean, nice view of the nearby university, close to shopping and restaurants and a very good breakfast. Only problem: hairdryer didn’t work.

It has everything you could possibly need and is beautifully decorated, great amenities and breakfast and is close to much shopping and great restaurants!

I have no idea the name of the lady that checked us in. She was not busy but was not overly excited about the job. “Upgraded” us to a bigger room, only to find out it was not a king bed that we booked. She did find us a room with a king bed but I feel like someone else may not have gotten what they wanted. The room is nice, comfortable, quiet. It’s in a good, safe neighborhood. Seems clean, except someone else’s food is still in the refrigerator. So it leaves me wondering how quickly the room was cleaned. Overall, I’d stay again. Just a couple things that weren’t quite the best.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Called front desk for pillows and never received them. Had to call 3 times to get towels. Bed was very lumpy, uneven, and uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast was not very good. Not many options and the options there did not taste good. Pool was quiet but very small. Hotel was okay, but not what I thought I was paying for and was pricey for what you get.

The suite was great for our family. The kids loved the ‘living room’ with the pull out couch bed and second tv. The hotel seemed clean. The pool and patio were nice. The neighborhood was quiet.

The king size bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I did not sleep. I was very disappointed.

Overall a clean and comfortable stay. Staff was very professional and friendly, especially the morning breakfast host. Thank you.
