從國家公園kruger gate出來的到酒店，有點遠，差不多60km!不過到numbi gate 差不多25km吧，也不遠很快。酒店沒的說，環境很好，有特色，就是設施稍舊，但是很整潔。protea hotel 南非老牌子了，後來被萬豪收購了。至於有沒有萬豪這個牌子，倒是無所謂也沒有太大的變化。性價比高、價格合適，才是關鍵。相比國家公園附近的那些動輒幾千塊的lodge，這裏絕對是良心品質! 不用擔心環境，非常好。不用擔心吵鬧。很安靜。門前有草坪，有泳池。總之，寧願多跑幾十公裏，也要過來住!睡個好覺比什麼都重要

I stayed 2 nights at Nkambeni Safari Camp as part of a travel group together with my mum. At arrival we were told to put stickers with the room number on the luggage for delivery. It took extremely long for the luggage to arrive (45min) albeit our room was next to the parking lot. I saw the car including the luggage and 2 guys approaching. I was watching them because I was waiting for it. I saw one guy closing my zip of my suitcase and I got concerned, because I closed my zip (but I did not lock it, my fault). When opening my suitcase the zipped mesh divider inside my suitcase was open (I close it every time). Nothing was missing except a bag with Christmas cookies which was inside my mums suitcase. The next day before leaving for the game drive I closed all the zip’s (inside and outside) and on top I locked my suitcase. When coming back surprisingly I was not able to open my suitcase with my code anymore. I was seeing the front desk, they called the cleaning lady and some manager, telling me that no staff member touched my suitcase. The manager let someone opening up my suitcase by breaking the zip (see picture). And inside the suitcase it was the same situation, the mesh divider inside was open (as I said, I close it every time). I am not accusing the cleaning lady. The room is accessible all the time, the door to the outdoor shower was broken and not lockable anymore plus the staff knew the travel group is on the game drive the whole day! Therefore some staff member went into my room, opened my suitcase with a TSA key or some related tool (somehow the code changed then) and searched trough my stuff. Another bag of German sweets (chocolate almonds) which we put in the shelf „disappeared“. Nothing from my suitcase is missing, not sure what this person was looking for (more food?!). I have left Nkambeni Safari Camp with an unsafe feeling, knowing there work people who are stealing, overstepping boundaries by opening my locked suitcase and the manager was not helpful at all. No compensation or whatsoever was offered to me but obviously I will have to repair the suitcase / replace it. My stay there became a very bad experience, I would never come back and I cannot recommend staying there.

This is a must do for families, friends and more especially, couples in need of a dreamy escape! In every detail, Hazyview Cabanas is the perfect symphony of luxury, nature, and adventure - all harmoniously orchestrated for an experience that lingers in the heart and memory 🥰. For me personally, its most captivating feature lies in its unparalleled views. Waking up to the melody of birdsong as the Sabie River lazily meanders past your window is just surreal. There’s so much to do on-site, all designed to cater to every whim and fancy. For the adventure seekers, there’s a Leap Adventures Desk that offers so many adrenaline-filled activities, but the river rafting is an absolute must 🚣‍♂️. There’s even a Day Spa available with trained, friendly therapists ready to tackle all those knots – you can literally feel the stress melting away 💆‍♀️. When it’s time to relax, you can lounge by the pool, cocktail in hand, as the African sun dips below the horizon. The units are cosy, romantic and some even have a splash pool – perfect for those warm days and summer nights. There’s just SO much to do on-site. More so, one of the Resort’s crowning jewels is its proximity to the world-renowned Kruger National Park 🦁. I could go on and on, but it would never come close to the experience at firsthand. So, whether you're seeking a thrilling bush holiday or a romantic rendezvous, add Hazyview Cabanas to your bucket list for sure ✅.
