堪薩斯城國際機場戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Kansas City International Airport)

The place was clean. We had booked one of the rooms to be a bigger unit. It was barely bigger than the other unit. The pool was small but the littlest had fun nonetheless. Pool open times are ridiculous. Breakfast times and options were unsatisfactory. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Our room was clean enough. The problem is, the connection door between the rooms didnt lock on our side. We did not have the adjoining suite rented, so, there were strangers next door and our door didn't lock. When i brought it to the desk clerk's attention, he gave me the " deer in the headlights " look and told me to turn the deadbolt. I explained i tried all that and i made him come and see for himself. He fiddled around with it as well and came to the same conclusion. Then i asked him for a different room. He said he had one, but, if he switched us rooms, housekeeping would be mad. Long story short, we slept in the room with the ironing board propped between the dresser and the door. Slept probably an hour all night, no refund, no discounts, no nothing. Will NOT be back ever.

Elevator was creepy and filthy. Bed in the room had some kind of metal frame with a handle so it made SO MUCH NOISE when you moved and you were banged up by the handle. The whole vibe there was creepy. The free shuttle to the airport cost $5 per trip. We have scratched Days Inns off our or future hotel list.

The halls had an overwhelming smell of carpet cleaner. When we got to our room, the room smelled like cat pee. It was horrible! We had to leave and book elsewhere.

I was there for an alpaca show for 3 days. When I had storm problems at home and had to leave one day early, I checked out at 1PM and they would not give me a refund for my last night. No explanation. Not friendly people that run this hotel. I would never stay there again.

Had to ask for a different room because the first room was filthy. Blood on wall next to sink.

This place lacked a coffee maker in the room, no hand soap just a dispenser by the shower. The breakfast area was empty of breakfast food except cereal and coffee. All in all it wasn’t even a bargain for the bare bones amenities offered. I’ll probably be staying elsewhere next time I travel to KC. The staff was friendly but the hotel was kinda rundown and lacked amenities for the business traveler

On the phone I was told they had extended parking. When I check in I am told they hsve no extended parking. I chose this place for the extended parking. Very frustrating. Check in clerk not helpful in any way. I ended up spending more money and got an inferior room. The breakfast was as supposed to start at 5:00am. At 5:05 still no breakfast and I had to leave without breakfast to go park. A very frustrating experience. Something should be done but it probably won’t. Thanks for ******* you should vet your hotels better. This did not reflect well on you.

You can hear people talking and the tv on in my room on both sides. Pillows where lumpy.
