Best placed we stayed on our whole trip. Front Desk was top notch, Room was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again and also try any of your other sites. We have already recommended you to many!

We checked in Thursday night checked out Monday. Our family of 5 stayed in the Double Queen Suite with the sofa bed. Per their website they have cleaning service daily. Friday morning no one came by so as I was leaving the hotel roughly 10:30, I asked the front desk if they can please have someone come to the room to tidy up the place and give us some towels. All we came back to was towels in the kitchenette sink. Saturday morning, again no one came by, so as we left the hotel same time 10:30sh came by front desk, the SAME person was working the front desk, asked her the same thing, this time no new towels, are dirty wet towels on the bathroom floor to please get someone in there to pick them up. Mind you we have 5 people staying so that’s already 10 wet towels for 2 days. When we returned that evening, the room smelled like moldy wet carpet! Sunday morning which was our LAST DAY/NIGHT at this place, I stayed in the room until 11AM, not one person came to the room. I saw the cleaning lady right outside of our room so I asked her if she’s coming to room 210 and she checked her list of rooms and respond no 210 not in the list! I was furious, went to front desk and of course after me telling the front desk I WILL TAKE IT TO CORPORATE IF NEED! Someone FINALLY CAME TO THE ROOM! 😡 This kind of service should not be that kind of price! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE BACK TO THIS HOME2 SUITES LOCATION!!

When we first arrived and checked into the room the front desk informed us that the room we had already paid for was unavailable. They said not to worry and got us another room. The room we got was not clean with random pieces of food found around the room, we had a handicap shower and everyone it was used water flooded the bathroom due to the poor design, and finally the last night there it started to smell like **** throughout our entire room while having random parents site in the hall. We ended up cutting our trip short due to the poor experience.

Very noisy people or pet above us. Constant sounds of running and playing until after midnight. Otherwise a very nice hotel just a one time bad experience.

Me encanto muy lindo todo dos detallitos nada más que no me agradaron , pero amé el desayuno y la atención de la persona que está poniendo las cosas para que uno se sirva habla español muy amable, las personas de limpieza por igual muy lindo y las personas de recepción. Hicieron todo lo posible para traducir y tener mejor comprensión al hablar con ellos un detalle que no sabía era que debía dar 100 de depósito mientas estuviera allí y que me explicaron me lo reembolsarían , muy acogedor el lugar , gracias
