自然橋附近住宿

感覺他們應該花更多時間和金錢在翻新和提升服務上。我們被告知每天都會在房間裡提供新鮮飲用水，結果並沒有。在全包自助餐裡，除了水以外，其他任何東西都要收費，冰淇淋也不包含在自助餐裡，需要額外付費。雖然冰淇淋和其他食物放在同一個區域，但當你拿了一些之後才發現要收費，然後還要等服務員來記賬，這實在太麻煩了。我覺得這價格也太便宜了。

小而精緻的酒店。他們有自己的沙灘和躺椅，只是不能游泳，因為海灘上有礁石，向右走幾步就有一個可以游泳的公共海灘。每天躺在酒店的躺椅上就可以欣賞迷人的海景和夕陽。 酒店的餐廳提供美味的食物，我們大部分晚餐都在酒店船長餐廳解決。 每位工作人員都很熱情，叫 雅尼士的服務人員非常友善，我和兒子住了九晚，一次美好的假期

酒店很棒,人人都很關心,食物和飲料都很不錯。從一分鐘到最後一刻,你覺得自己是客人的好意。建議收取所有東西都包括,因爲酒店酒吧和餐廳的價格很高。總是有很多空牀,海灘毛巾免費。酒店有休息室,可以在晚起飛時休息,洗。酒店休息會以熱情和愛的心情記住,再來。

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

不錯的酒店,有美麗的和的領土。海游泳的寬海灘。早餐相當單調,但有所有東西。  方便的入口, 海灘清理.可以免費租用. 不利之處: 如果不全部開通, 晚餐和晚餐都貴.酒店已經夠老了.  總的來說,我們喜歡:風景如畫的海灘,有好意的工作人員,在海洋裏看到海很幸運。

絕美的風景！如果想找景觀酒店那這裏一定是最佳選擇.總的來說這間酒店最大的亮點就是風景優美在其他方面差強人意. 1. 衛生程度還可以再提升浴巾和床單上會看到一些污漬. 2. 酒店在國家公園內, 最後通往酒店的小路開車需要一定的車技,並不是很好開. 如果是需要每天都出去玩的話有些麻煩. 這酒店更適合去了基本待在酒店不怎麼出門的人 3.酒店的Wi-Fi差強人意網速比較慢且不穩定 4.酒店的早餐時間比較晚8:30才開始,對於想要去一日遊的那些人來說早上出發之前都吃不到早餐了

飯店很棒，房間內一切都時尚別緻，讓您立刻有賓至如歸的感覺。收音機增添了舒適感，所有細節都經過深思熟慮，細緻入微：沐浴用品和沐浴產品均由當地工匠製作，還有一個手工製作的沙灘籃。飯店也提供水壺、杯子、茶具和咖啡。吹風機。如有需要，可提供熨斗和熨衣板。 海灘人不多，隨時都有免費的日光浴躺椅。泳池乾淨舒適。 停車免費。

酒店十分的好，幾個餐廳口味也不錯，尤其要感謝前臺中國人趙先生，服務非常的好，有中文溝通交流很方便，海灘也不錯，大海的顏色很上照。

這裏三餐全包，隨時可以吃喝，我覺得帶孩子太方便了，風箏沖浪一定要住這裏……. 房間雖然不是特別有設計感，但是乾淨整潔的……我們家庭套房空間也可以，商店還有卸粧巾賣，解決了我的大需要…. 性價比真的很高！！

離機場差不多一個小時車程，酒店很大，沙灘很長，海景很壯闊。房間浴室很大，很乾凈。酒店有四個餐廳各具特色，我的房費包含晚餐，可以任意預訂其中一家，很不錯。
