They go above And beyond to meet your needs, day or night- we did our laundry at 1am and they were fine with it!

The pool was very cold, could not use it very small excercise area. Rooms were very noisy. Food was limited and staff was not helpful at all. Anything we asked for even a peeler in the kitchen or milk for the baby after breakfast was just closed, they said there was a Kroger next door to go and buy. Their pantry did not even have basics.

We loved this hotel. We have stayed about ten times at one down the road, and were just looking to try someplace new just to make a change. This was beyond our expectations. Very clean and spacious room. Pool was working. Staff was incredibly friendly. Near shopping and food. It was just great. Only negative was my son wish they had a hot tub.

We had to leave Wednesday AM because of a death. The staff at Home2Suites were wonderful and checked us out that morning. I didn't know that ******* would not return the funds not used, ($400). I've learned my lesson...I will never ever use ******* again and will recommend to all I know that they don't either. Go directly to the hotel and do your business.

The female staff at check in and check out were extremely rude. They also charged me twice for one room and when I addressed it the lady was rude and could care less and there was no management anywhere. I will be calling corporate and reporting them.

The room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of breakfast options especially for someone with dietary restrictions.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Home2 hotel. It was very clean, quiet, excellent staff, and very near the I80 interstate. Wonderful Tim Horton's coffee shop right next door!

The hotel was very clean and safe for a solo female traveler. The hotel was very quiet, perfect for getting rest at any hour of the day.

I love Home2Suites. So much room to put items, full fridge w/freezer and a sink makes things so convenient! I will say, you all need to have more than one fan on hand. When i called the front desk and they said they didn't have any fans b/c they only have one and someone was using it. I was very polite about this tidbit of info-I said that women in hit a point where they get hot-flashes. These typically happen worst in the evening. It can terribly affect sleeping through the night if we don't have a fan to move around the air. All I said was that it would be a good idea to have more than one on hand, maybe 3-4. They said thanks (sarcastically) and immediately hung up on me. That was pretty rude, but everything else was great!
