Thus was a really nuce hotel. Goid service and very clean

As a vacationer I would like to have a refrigerator and microwave for basic necessities. A small ice bucket and 3 glasses are not sufficient. No soda machines on property. It was a hot day and the AC was very weak. Luckily they had a fan but it was really not enough. Eco friendly is good but not practical if you have to suffer on vacation.

The quality of the room is decent. However, the room was too hot for us. We tried to lower the AC temperature but once the temperature got to 70 degrees the AC would stop working. Also, the noise outside of the room was very loud at night. All throughout from midnight to 3am people were coming in and out of the room outside and when the door closes it creates a very loud banging noise. So it was very hard for us to sleep with the constant loud noise. Overall, with the heat and the noise we barely got any sleep and rest so our experience was terrible.

I checked in before my party . Tyler at the front desk was great . The awesome lady that brought my room service was also great . (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) I would stay here again . The staff from the front desk to room service to housekeeping was GREAT! The only downfall was the second night the bartender at 11 pm. He was rude and not welcoming . He definitely needs hospitality training . I have worked in bars, restaurants, and hotels and his attitude is unacceptable. We did inform the front desk at check out and were told they would definitely take care of this . Hopefully they do . Other than that this place is great !

I really liked all of the small touches at the property the real glasses in the room, tv and welcomes you with your name on the screen, the make up towels, the very large shower and their own large shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus they give you a personal shower puff. The bedding was wonderful.

it seems that staffing is an issue- no breakfast personnel with breakfast delayed for over an hour on Saturday-; furthermore the remaining staff isn't trained to deal with the situation, only offering excuses and unable to take responsibility.

PERSON AT FRONT DESK SEEMED A BIT COLD. RESTAURANT CLAIMED TO BE OPEN ALL DAY UNTIL 11 ONLINE HOWEVER WHEN WE GOT THERE BREAKFAST FINISHED AT 10 AND OPENED AT 11 FOR LUNCH. THAT NEEDS SORTED OUT.

Everything about our stay at the Canopy was great with exception that the fitness center very small and ill-equipped. For a hotel like the Canopy and the location on the wealthier side of Charlotte I expected a bigger space and broader range of equipment.
