派特戴爾飯店(Patterdale Hotel)

我們很喜歡在酒店度過的時光。我們在周中住了四個晚上。從酒店出發有許多美麗的步行路線。我們根本沒有使用這輛車。我們的臥室很可愛。我們能夠製作自己的熱飲。早餐真是一種享受。一個晚上的三道菜很棒，有很多選擇。廚房可以滿足我不吃麩質的丈夫的需求。他們每天製作無麩質菜單，有很多選擇。工作人員非常熱情，酒店給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。晚上在酒吧享用飲品。我們一定會回來的。我們度過了一段美好的時光。

我在這裡住了 4 晚，只是為了散步。酒店位置優越。真的物有所值。晚餐套餐真的很棒。 友好高效的服務。我的房間自始至終都溫暖、舒適、乾淨。我強烈推薦。

優越的地理位置。從我們家門口走來。友好的員工。我們的房間一塵不染，早餐質量非常好，還有很好的熱咖啡。我們會再次留在這裡。

Just returned home from a 4 night stay at the Patterdale Hotel bed breakfast and evening meal package. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It was very clean with a very comfortable bed and stunning views. The food was delicious with a different menu of choices every day. The staff here are exceptional so friendly whilst remaining professional and nothing was too much trouble.

the hotel is not two star for a reason so dont go expecting anything other,clean room, food edible at evening meal, staff seemed a bit unsure regarding gluten free option on menu apparently if you have dietry requirements you have to fill a form in at reception which we were not given or told about at check in.breakfast was good a cooked breakfast nice bacon ,sausage,beans ,tomatoes,and hash browns.bar closes at 11pm in my opinion this is a hotel for people who have ben out on fells all day come back just want a hot meal and off to bed then up in morning and off to fells again.sleep quality for me was not good as you can hear noise from other rooms toilets flushing,tv noise,guests in other rooms talking woken up at 6am by guest in a room opposite coughing there guts out constantly untill 8.45 would not stay here again.

The staff, amazing. Work ridiculously hard. In the 3 days we were there we saw the same staff day and night. Always with a smile and time to chat. The food. Oh my days. Beautiful. The dinner was 3 course with great choices. The breakfast, a buffet with something for everyone. The bar was well stocked and reasonable pub prices. Even had live entertainment on the Saturday night. Location is ideal for a Lake District base to get to anywhere. The decor is tired and could do with some TLC but then that would probably put the prices up. Currently it's great value for money. Well done team and thankyou for a fabulous weekend.

Arrived to have a high tea, went to the toilet to find it blocked & over-flowing. Disgusting and unhygienic. It wasn’t signed as closed and the door was open. I asked the receptionist if there was another toilet, she said guests had their own toilets and a plumber had been called and it would be fixed in time he next few days. She couldn’t have cared less & unimpressive attitude. Shouldn’t be in hospitality if you can’t get some basic things like this right. If that’s their attitude then I’d give this place a miss.

2 nights here after a night at the Lamplighter in Windermere. Very enjoyable but obviously not in the same league! Much cheaper too. Beautiful setting. Sadly due to road works we couldn't experience the road South of the hotel, but that wasn't their fault! Catering mainly for walkers I would guess, the hotels evidently is much used and in need of some TLC but we had everything we needed. Central heating was good, plenty of hot water too. Food was also good, although service was a bit hurried, but you can tell the staff that, unlike the others, you are in no hurry. A good experience.

Amazing customer service especially in the restaurant. Nothing too much trouble from any member of the team. Comfortable rooms. Food excellent and caters for gluten free guests. Entertainment n,, twice weekly It's our fourth visit and will certainly return .
