西區飯店(Westend Hotel)

Stayed with family for visiting matheran. Super deluxe rooms are basic. Hotel location is near to chrollete lake. Swimming pool, in door and out door games are available. Restaurant veg food is average.overall good budget stay considering limited options in matheran.

An excellent abode in mid of nature. The Hotel is 3 star but facilities are well above the mark. 5 stars to food and service as the menu is very elaborate with ample non-veg choices not seen in any other resort. It's a total value for money at affordable price and guaranteed service quality.

It's a very nice property. Good service, hospitable staff and good food. My kids had a great time in the play area. It was very relaxing, just the way we wanted. We were given an early check in as a Courtsey.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and the pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Food was delicious and fresh. Good place to hangout with group of friends and family. Lot of outdoor space to explore nature.

Nice and well maintained hotel, tasty and quality food, good service, cool and calm staff. Specially the kids area at entrance makes our kids comfortable. All points are nearby hotel. Overall experience was really good and would like to visit Westend hotel again and again.

Superb environment for friends and family..... .. Feels like home..... The staff is so cooperative and obedient... Our kids enjoyed the play area with so ***y games indoor as well as outdoor.... Kudos to the housekeeping facility... We are definitely coming back with the entire family....... ❤

Nice atmosphere and good food At Westin!!! Had go an outstanding experience at the daily treats ( Olivia ) had taken care of our table and the food was delicious ( chicken Soup and cappuccino)!! Thanks to the team of the daily treats.

Had a great 2 nights stay at the West End hotel after checking few hotels online found West end had a wonderful time everything was great hotel property staff cleanliness looking forward in the future

The place is very comfy and perfect for the family to stay with. Property has its own play area for kids and swiming pool and few birds and ducks roaming around which grabs all the attention at the property. The rooms are very well maintained by the staff. The food is very delicious veg as well as non veg. Staff is very polite and helpful in nature. Specially i want to thanks one person from the staff of Westend hotel matheran is Faiz who helped me with the booking creation and making our stay perfect.
