馬泰拉Materasum Ipogeo附近住宿

Ho prenotato una notte direttamente dal sito. La descrizione della struttura e della stanza è assolutamente fedele alla realtà. Un arredamento minimal grazie a materiali di recupero combinati in modo perfetto con alcune note di colore che rendono l’ambiente accogliente. La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro. Parcheggi disponibili sia gratuiti che a pagamento. Ho richiesto il tour con Apecalessino e Martina (spero di aver ricordato correttamente il nome) si è adoperata per trovare subito un noleggiatore. Esperienza quindi in generale ottima, assolutamente da consigliare. Giusto due cose a mio modesto avviso da migliorare: 1) la pulizia del balconcino 2) la dotazione delle cialde per il caffè. Tre sono poche, magari per quelle supplementari anche a pagamento.

We had a wonderful time at La Suite. It was a last minute switch from a luxury hotel too far out of town. We were so lucky to have found la Suite. It was a great location just off the pedestrian area, easy to walk anywhere, the Sassi entry points and the many good restaurants in Matera. Particularly handy in the recurrent rain we faced. The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants etc. Its a great base in Matera. Only hiccup was a bit slow breakfast on the last day when they didn't have many guests and everyhing had to be pre-ordered and a slight miscommunication on the laundry - it showed up finally. All in all a lovely place.

特別與眾不同的體驗。從長途巴士站打車10歐到酒店，司機主動打電話叫酒店人來幫忙搬行李，因為有台階要上。 酒店維持了最原始的住宿條件，主要用蠟燭採光。沒有電視。 熱水出了點狀況，一時半會兒沒有修好，作為補償，給我們延遲check out 到晚上離開馬泰拉。 早餐很棒。 前台也都很熱情。 幫我們燒熱水，打印登機牌，叫出租車。 當地很多洞穴酒店，這家算是非常原汁原味，又品質高的一家了。

我們在6月初24住在這家酒店。一切都絕對完美!首先,貝蒂和伊萬娜在電話上的善良和承諾,他們給了我們所有必要的信息,以方便我們到達馬泰拉和前往酒店的旅程!然後,我們抵達時,伊萬娜的熱情歡迎!薩米爾的幫助,如此親切和可用,帶着我們的行李!這給了我們關於城市的信息。酒店地理位置優越,位於安靜的地區,在舊石器時代的洞穴中享有壯麗的景色,完全建在岩石中!而房間,在拱頂下,如此別緻,精緻的味道,舒適,你立刻感覺如此好!最後,早餐,豐富多樣,提供新鮮美味的產品!這是一個特殊的住宿在一個特殊的機構!我們喜歡它,迫不及待地想回來!!

What a beautiful hotel. Amazing location, fantastic interior and delightful staff. The rooms are just amazing and breakfast was very good. It is situated right in the heart of the historic town with lots of great restaurants near by. The housekeeper should be treasured - she was amazing and the porter was really nice as well Well worth a visit

The sassi room was spacious and magical, the views from the Belvedere were amazing, and the staff was delightful. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of focaccia, fruit, and pastries. The rich cappuccini were much appreciated! Highly recommended!

I stayed here one night with the tour group. My room was 208 and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was different. They had breads and pastries on the tables and would serve you coffee. I asked if they had eggs and was told they would come right out, But I didn't see any place for the eggs. They came out with about 12 oval dishes with 3 pieces of bacon and scrambled eggs, but the eggs looked like they were placed in the dish and then baked. They had a 'skin' on them. Maybe they sat out in the air for a few hours and had dried out. Three people were on my table and we got 3 dishes of eggs, so we each took one. The dishes were extremely hot. As more and more people came for breakfast, we were a group of 35, it was announced that only 3 dishes per table would be provided and we should share. OOPS. Because we early birds assumed one dish per person, there were not enough eggs for the later people. They had to make more eggs, but ran out of bacon! Was this because we were there off season? because everyone is trying to recover from the pandemic? because this region of Italy is cheap? because the tour company got a 'deal”? The gardens and grounds were beautiful and relaxing.

Accoglienza e servizio davvero impeccabile... Oltre al personale gentile e disponibile, le camere sono pulite e molto belle. La colazione ricca e con prodotti freschi,di qualità e artigianali , servita da Nicola sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

一家擁有非常非常漂亮的大廳和公共區域的酒店；房間舒適、乾淨，有些細節值得注意（例如空調不工作，有點吵）。接待處非常友好並且關注我們的問題。由於天氣原因，我們無法使用游泳池，因為使用時間有限（上午 10 點至晚上 7 點），水是溫的。馬泰拉距離飯店15分鐘車程，飯店設有停車場。
