JJiayidan酒店位於馬泰拉古城內，酒店的大堂、餐廳、客房均結合洞穴原本的特色打造很有設計感，我所住的房間打開木製窗户可以看見洞穴古城地標建築景觀，房間暖氣足，如果時間充足可以預約做SPA。出門逛古城特別方便。

MmlenitskayaThis is probably the best hotel in Matera based on what we read before traveling. The service is exceptional , very helpful and friendly staff. The room is spacious, very clean and cozy. We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!

CCuriosity64497015395Lovely residence in the centre of Matera. We had a cave room with a balcony overlooking the fantastic Matera dwellings. What a view, picture postcard stuff. The room itself was spacious, clean and quirky. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were good.

Le Malve is a hidden gem and is probably the coolest hotel experience you can get in the world. Where else can you stay in the heart of a city 7,000 years old - and stay in a cave?! The work Le Malve staff have put in is clear. This is not just a hotel, it’s an experience.

Hotel pulito e moderno. Stanze grandi e funzionali. Colazione abbondante e davvero deliziosa! Personale molto cortese. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Una scelta molto intelligente per visitare Matera, raggiungibile in auto in pochi minuti.

This Masseria is located at about 10 min driving distance from the city center. It’s a convenient location, with supermarkets and gas stations nearby and close to the highway too. The place is great, an old building with lots of history behind that was renovated and converted into a hotel/guest house, with a beautiful outdoor pool and garden. Unfortunately, I found the management very inexperienced - except for Enzo at reception, who went above and beyond our expectations from the day we arrived, offering plenty of good suggestions for places to visit, restaurants and shops and always ready to help and make us feel welcome. The rest of the staff is either very young or does not seem prepared for the task they are up to. They also have a restaurant inside, managed by other owners, where we did not have a good experience at all. We had dinner there one evening. The food options were very limited (and did not reflect that was on the menu), the food was average and the service seemed improvised. When we paid the waiter summed up our bill with a manual calculator and couldn’t even remember the prices of the dishes in the menu (he was looking at a hard copy of it) - something I found hilarious and have never seen before! Also, bad price-quality relation - you can get something much better for better price in Matera. Overall, OK rooms and apartments, although not perfectly clean, and OK breakfast too. However, I would not go back to this Masseria as I am sure there are better places in Matera for the same price. A pity considering the beautiful location they have!

訪訪客Worst experience in staying in independent accommodation. Left in the rain for 1 hour. Tried 18 calls not answered A very unpleasant man turned up and yelled at us in Italian. We felt very intimidated. When we went out we believe someone entered the room and turned off all lights and heating.
Nice room but it’s in an apartment not a hotel like pictures make you believe. Next morning 1/2 hour before check out we returned back and the angry man was waiting for us. Yelling about lights left on. This was a small bathroom light we’d missed when we went for a walk. He virtually threw us out of the hotel. Standing in front of the bedroom window making us very uncomfortable. Very very unpleasant stay.
