Excellent hotel I stayed 3 days because of awesome food and service.staff were very friendly and helpful ex chef Mr priyantha and his team were very nice and friendly excellent food choices.I must write two ladies ( Krishanthi, geethika) front desk were very friendly with big smile . Also restaurant staff Mr Sadaruwan and neel were very positive attitude. Overall me and my family were enjoyed lots with this property. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience it's not worth of 1 star. Booked a room for my daughter wedding... No power [power cut] No back up generator Only 2 rooms are occupied No refund 0% service Wet Toilet with all over water. Breakfast was served to room with 2 variety. Never recommends to any one..

On my recent stay at grand mountain overall, I had a great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfy. The food was absolutely amazing! The pasta and the soups couldn’t get better. I have to give a special Shout out to Mr.Chaminda from Food and beverage department for being kind and supportive. Thanks for a wonderful stay! 😊🏨"

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Luxury hotel is in a calm place and very easy to access. Hotel is good and can experience a nice high end touch. Out doors and parking areas not that congested and could experience a nice bath at the stunning pool. Garden is well maintained. Only drawback is the restaurant. Very little choices in the buffet. And some available items were also not good. Finished plates are not cleared from the table in time. Poor restaurant service.

With a great view. Awesome hotel for the photo loves. 😉 nice climate. Best for the friends dayouts. Super service. 🥂 cool pool 💦 variety food combination 🍔 🖤 Fascinating landscape. I swear everyone would like to visit this more and more 💕

One of the luxurious hotels I have ever went by the way. Good job. The surrounding was breathtaking and so attractive. But there was a little problem with the menu of the dinner. But still I love this.

A great place to visit.Friendly staff.Amaizing foods. Beautiful nature.Great luxury facilities.Huge pool area with a relaxing swing.Bicycle ride.Best rooms ever. Childrens park.We stayed 2 nights in a room with mountain view.We like to visit again.Lots of memorable things to do.Good offers too....

I booked a double room for 2 nights. they said they are unable to send the booking confirmation due to a system breakdown and will send it within 2 hours. After a week I still did not get the confirmation. When I called, they said the booking is in the system. Asked me to just come, they will send the confirmation via whatsapp. I did not get the confirmation for another hour. When I checked after one hour, a guy called "Mohan" - the receptionist was so rude, yelling at me that he has to do everything , he has no time to type and send the booking confirmation. When I asked to speak to a Manager he said there is no manager. booking is cancelled!! This is just a brief of the long horribly rude conversation. Unbelievably unprofessional manner of handling the booking and communication. ruined our holiday before even it started. Disgusting!!!

Very nice hotel, with big comfortable beds. The hotel also had a great buffet where we had dinner (I liked the dessert the most). Unfortunately we had only a short time to spend so we were not able to check out what seemed like an amazing pool area.
