I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a few nights between Xmas and New Year's than this lovely new hotel. We were greeted by the very friendly and welcoming Lisa at the front desk who set the tone for our stay. The location is about a 5 minute walk from Luquillo beach, one of the best beaches on the island, where you can rent recliners and umbrellas for the day. Parking is $20/day extra. The breakfast is quite generous and the pool is delightful. Rooms are spacious, and the staff were all friendly.
(If I had one suggestion to make, it would be to install a card reader at the entrance to the parking lot so guests don't have to validate each time they enter or exit with their car).

Excelente estadía. Lo único que podría sugerir es en el área del restaurante. Los empleados muy amables y atentos pero hace falta mejor organización y más empleados en especial, en temporada alta.
Las habitaciones limpias, cómodas y con una vista espectacular a las montañas del bosque El Yunque. El área de la piscina bella y acogedora.

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, el personal bien atento y con una gran sonrisa, el hotel es nuevo todo estaba bien cuidado y muy bonito. La localización cerca de todo, de los Kioskos de Luquillo, del Balneario de Luquillo, cerca de restaurantes y muy accesible.

Booked this hotel so we’d be closer to el yunque. It was very convenient. Loved that it is a brand new hotel. It’s beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

The stay was fine.
Parking is expensive. The breakfast items ran out much earlier every day and they would not replace it and just say sorry which is not acceptable.

El acondicionador de aire hacía mucho ruido, no me dejó dormir bien. En ocasiones no habían toallas en el área de la piscina. En el desayuno no habían utensilios disponibles en forma efectiva.
