we stayed 2 nights, little hard to get to we had to walk a long way down the hill from road , recommend using bus not taxi. once there its fabulous. great food places, staff are lovely and arranged a shuttle when we left to bus stop. room was clean and lovely views. a little gem , busy at weekends

Prenotato tramite Booking, una camera vista mare con largo anticipo , perché innamorati del luogo che avevamo già visto. Arrivati ci hanno assegnato una camera che non era soddisfacente nè come spazi nè come vista che dava in parte sul mare ed in parte sul cortile con i sacchi della spazzatura (n.203) ; il bagno stretto e senza finestra . Per fortuna la gentilissima Imma alla reception ci ha cambiato la stanza e due giorni dopo ci siamo trasferiti sulla palazzina esterna , con spazi decisamente migliori, ed anche vista migliore, anche se non proprio silenziosa. Attenzione, le stanze vista mare non sono tutte uguali, le migliori sono quelle al terzo e quarto piano: al momento della prenotazione, però, non si capisce quale stanza tu stia fermando e siccome le camere sono così diverse tra loro, questo diventa un grosso limite: non può essere solo questione di fortuna se alloggi in una bella stanza oppure no, considerando che la paghi la stessa cifra. Colazione monotona, poco varia, per sette giorni hanno offerto le stesse cose sia dolci che salate e personale scortese. Un apprezzamento, invece, ad Antonio, autista della navetta che ci ha pazientemente accompagnato al parcheggio.

Getting to the property from Sorrento is very easy, if you take the bus or a taxi. My brother and I walked; it was a beautiful walk, but very long, and a little dangerous as we had to walk along the side of the road. This is not the hotel's fault/problem by any mean; just a forewarning to anyone staying in this area (don't walk unless you want to get an extra 10-12k steps in that day!) The hotel itself was beautiful. Fantastic view of the ocean from our balcony. The restaurant next door had great food for all meals of the day. A perfect little bay with just a few hotels, so nice and private. The only "issue" I had was with the firmness of the bed; it was too firm and thus uncomfortable for me. The pillows were also not amazing. Otherwise, I would definitely book here again, and recommend it to any of my friends or family looking to stay in the area.

one major problem is the accessibility to property. Taxis can only pick up and drop off at a parking lot quite far away. one need to call the hotel to get ride. in one night, we had to make international call 5 times to get a ride. No one showed up. we finally key walking in the dark to reach the hotel. The front desk girl during the morning and early evening was extremely helpful and or ok fessional.

現在，所有的索倫托*****ola只剩下標誌了。飯店維護不善（床上甚至有螞蟻），卡通戈火車車廂提供的美食，最後，工作人員就像中世紀的獄卒。唯一滑稽的是：工作人員在付款時還想要小費。

I felt as if I was on Mamma Mia island...the view was stunning..the sound of the waves crashing on the shore was soothing..rooms are sparce but big beds and clean amenities...great breakfast and a super roller coaster car ride to the property

Struttura familiare e più che sufficiente, ambiente accogliente, posizione top, personale gentilissimo. La Marina di Puolo è tranquillissima, per una vacanza di tutto relax, per persone e famiglie in cerca di pausa fuori dal tran tran. 👏

Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was not big, but very comfortable with a balcony and beautiful flowers. Staying in the room, we could here waves. Beach is very nice, just don’t forget to bring swimming shoes. Every one in the hotel and restaurant for breakfast were very helpful. The only thing we didn’t like, was shower, water was switching to cold all the time. But would comeback and stay there again!
