This is a quaint little hotel, very clean and comfortable. The town of Lebanon is very close and we ate dinner and shopped there. The breakfast in the Kirkwood House was phenomenal! I can't recommend this place that is off the beaten path enough. We will visit again when the garden is in bloom for sure!

Hotel was out of the way, off the main highways, not as fancy as we're used to....but wow, what a nice surprise! Kind of quiet due to location, but that made it much more relaxing. Staff were very friendly, but the most AMAZING part was the breakfast! Much of it home-made and set up like a buffet in a house on the property. Went through a lot of hard work to make it presentable and delicious! I can see why it's rated "fantastic!" Definitely staying here next time we're in the Cincinnati area.

This is a lovely historic place to stay. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The breakfast at The Kirkwood House (built in 1799) was excellent. We felt almost like we were at a bed and breakfast. We want to return this summer when the pool is open and the garden and outdoor areas are lush. Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Overall a nice, quiet place to stay.
