科德角假日莊園VRI度假村(Cape Cod Holiday Estates, a VRI resort)

Great place for our kids to stay . Indoor pool was fun , cottages were very clean , a bit dated but didn't matter it was perfect for their visit from Maryland .

Wanted a quick off season weekend away and found Cape Cod Holiday Estates. Each place is it own private house ,2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. Very spacious and comfortable. Just a few miles away from Mashpee Commons and about a mile away from the State Beach. The staff was outstanding. There is only a indoor pool no outdoor pool. This is a timeshare resort but happily no sale pitch. Just what we were looking for. We would definitely do a return visit.

Our kids loved it! Perfect for a family, nice cozy cottage. It was very spacious and clean. The indoor pool was good size for a small group. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Cape Cod Holidays Estate for a week for visiting family and sightseeing. Our cabin was roomy and comfortable enough for both purposes. The resort is centrally located on the Cape and we were able to satisfy the interests of the varied ages and interests of our group.

Only 1 hair dryer in unit, even though it sleeps 6 adults. The unit we had (#47) had no marked parking .. we had to go over tree roots and watch closely when backing up. You have to leave a $250.00 credit card hold at check-in.

We had 2 units for a weeks family vacation. First time with a toddler. It was perfect. The resort is close to many beaches and shopping yet quiet and private. The inside swimming pool was a favorite place to cool off from the hot and humid weather. The baby loved the swings at the playground. The units are well equipped including washers and dryers, and charcoal Weber grills. We hope to go again next summer!

This was a great value for the money during high season (early August). Our cottage was spacious and included a wonderful jacuzzi tub. We had plenty of privacy. Everything was clean and in working order. Highly recommend!

We used RCI timeshare exchange for this vacation. The units were spacious and private, with a lot of land space around the condo, including barbecues and benches. Unfortunately, there was some construction going on behind the area, which caused some noise pollution. Additionally, my complaint is that the resort does not provide beach passes. The timeshare is located near a neighborhood that claims their beach as part of their HOA. When we inquired at the front desk, they informed us that we had to go to city hall to obtain a beach pass for the week. It's worth noting that we arrived on a Saturday, so we couldn't go to the beach until Monday without paying a daily fee of $40. Another major inconvenience in the unit was the fire alarm that would get triggered every time someone used the shower. The first time it happened, we thought something was wrong and, since it was after hours, we had to call the fire department.

This was a wonderful, relaxing getaway. The units are individual houses large enough for a family to be comfortable. It is in a quiet location but close to local amenities and sites. Highly recommended.
