聖路易斯 - 西港紅屋頂汽車旅館(Red Roof Inn St Louis - Westport)

Me and my husband booked the night before and got there around 4am after traveling all day. And they were nice enough to let us check in early. At no extra cost so we could sleep. And be refreshed for our day and we were a little late waking up and they wasn’t moved at all about our late check out. Police patrolled the premisses a lot so we felt extra safe. And it was very quiet considering it was close to highway and exit. And it was close to a restaurant and convenience store that was amazing and had everything we needed. And we was located in the center of everywhere we had to be. Great place to stay. Thank you all for the kindness and hospitality

Decent, clean, small, no fridge or microwave. Tv shower bed.

I really like the price here and trip number trip.com never does anything wrong but Red roof inn this Red roof inn and the one in bridgeton is horrible the managers are mean disrespectful and talk down to you

The key to our room didn’t work once we returned to the hotel after doing some work. When the key was reset multiple times with no success, the front desk clerk said the batteries in the door were dead and there was nothing he could do. He refused to call anyone and said the next lady to come on shift might have a key to open it. Finally once I said I would contact the police then, in order to gain entry to the room to get my things at least. He then proceeded to “find” a key and opened the door. He was rude, talked to me completely out of line and told me we shouldn’t have left the room if we wanted to ensure we could get back in. Like??

It’s nothing like the pictures show. The rooms are very ran down. Lots of water damage on ceiling. Shower barley even put out any water.

I had to switch room twice. AC does not work, and eletric wires were danggling on the ceiling. Not a pleasant experience.

Holes in the wall, dirty bathroom, blood in shower, and you could see the outside from the top and bottom of the door

Just stayed here for a night while visiting family. The room was clean for the most part but there was old splatter in places like the bathroom door. Toilet, sink and shower were clean tho. The room I stayed in needs a serious renovation however. Definitely an old room. The bed was old squeaky and somewhat uncomfortable. The location is good if you need to stay in Westport. Theres a Quick Trip right next door for anything you might need late nights.

You get what you pay for. People were up until 3 am drinking outside our hotel room. The comforter had patches and looked dirty. Definitely won't stay here again.
