Hotel Royal Garden

I was charged extra for child 900 per child. Otherwise the property is good. Restaurant is amazing and pool is clean.

Had to change the room 2 time as first room was not cleaned. So shifted to another room that have power light connection overload tripping issue. Hens, again shifted to first give room after cleaning. Also after many reminder not able to watch tv channels as set top box not recharged.

Property is good and spacious. Swimming pool and play area for kids. Food is good. No wifi. Staff is very lazy. Had no hot water instead of telling them a thousand times. Heard him saying on intercom to some guest abt no room service when entered the hotel, so we didn’t ask for anything and later saw some plates outside a few rooms. Had a 2 nights stay, they didn’t clean the room even after asking for a thousand times. They wash the cars daily. Not bad ppl but lazy and kind of don’t want to work.

Hotel rooms were clean but there is no room cleaning service until you checkout. Bathrooms have old fittings so need to struggle with using it. Food is expensive. Swimming pool wasn't clean enough to use. Breakfast even though is complimentary the service is extremely slow and need to always call hotel staff to fill up food or tea. Lastly the hotel is near vapi and to travel to daman auto outside are expensive so if you want to save on travel choose hotel near to beach in daman

The hotel was not properly maintained and the cleaning was not good. The images shown are not at all what the condition of the property actually is. Although the restaurant was fine and the pool experience was ok, but the overall experience was not good.

The room we were given lacked basic amenities. Cleanliness was not maintained. Service is not upto the mark. We are not happy with the service.

Even after intimating hotel for check in 2 hours before the room were not ready. The peagon nest odour was coming and feathers were lying on the floor after request they have changed room but within 1 hour the ac was leaking and the entire floor was covered with water. Staff wasn't have any hurry to solve the issue. Moreover no hot water, drinking water provided on request. Tv remote not working

Need to improve. Room not as per tariff standard. Basic dental kit or comb was not available. Wifi not available. Revised menu card was not available.

Facilities are okay ✅ but some common changes need to do as services can deliver better .. TVs in the room are not working condition
