Everything was ok. The lady who checked me in was very nice and very funny. She was awesome. I didn’t like the fact that the hotel has a policy where they asked why am I in town. Honestly I feel like it’s none of their business. Other than that as stated before it was ok. The only reason I chose this hotel was because I had a class in the meeting room there the next morning. Next time I would probably stay at a different brand for that very reason.

The property was undergoing renovations, so the pool and gym area were not open. That was disappointing. Also, the carpets in the hallway looked dirty, and the air conditioning didn’t cool well. The breakfast area was nice, and the buffet breakfast was pretty good. All the staff we interacted with were nice.

Room was VERY spacious for our family of 6. Hotel is a little older and can see some wear and tear but very clean and comfortable!

First morning, no hot breakfast, pancake machine broken. Only had cereal,coffee,yogurt,water. No hot foods

My stay was excellent as usual. Ive been staying at this particular hotel for the past 3 weekends for business. The staff is freindly and my rooms are always neat and clean.

The rooms were clean, the shower nice and hot, and the air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was nice and we liked the automatic pancake machine! Excellent dining choices in the area, but we did meet some panhandlers. Enjoyed the exercise room and pool, but the hot tub was out of order. There were some issues. First room we were assigned was already occupied. We were quickly given another room that was fine. Second day our room keys had to be reset. All things considered my family would enjoy staying in this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was fantastic. We were greeted every time we passed the check in desk and the breakfast was excellent. Fresh eggs, crispy bacon and mini pancakes plus the usual stuff. Only complaint is that it needs a little TLC but overall it was a very good 2 night stay.
