This is the worst hotel ever. First room we were given was full of mold. Even when the staff came back with us they had to cover their face due to smell. 2nd room not much better Staff in responsive on any concerns If fact they weren’t even around for over an hr with a back in 5 min sign Security door lock broken. Toilet cracked fridge not cold and humming We finically unplugged it Chair broken and awful stains over it. On checkout when there was finally someone at the desk reply was she only works here. Gave us an email that we emailed answered after a year with sorry for your inconvenience. I was charged $281.39for this room. We are Hampton award members. Never again

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Dingy, dirty, baseboard coming off in 2 floor hall. Bug walked across nightstand right by my head. Looked like someone had laid something on bed. No ice machine on second floor even though we were told there was and place for it marked.

Asthma Issues - Do NOT Stay here! Musty and Moldy Rooms - I wish someone would have warned us as me and my daughter have asthma and I’m allergic to mold. This is not up to Hilton standards, so keep driving or find another Hilton/Hampton Inn. Important!!!! Do not stay here if you have any respiratory or breathing issues or allergic to mold.

This is an older hotel but very clean and cared for. Staff here were very friendly and accommodating. Especially appreciated the woman in the kitchen, who went out of her way to be helpful to us. Easy on and off of I75 and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Older hotel, but clean and great service! Great breakfast! Room was comfortable and charming. Service desk was friendly! Location was good, right off the highway. Lots of restaurants close with a variety!

This place is old and broken down. My tub was stopped up, the toilet tank leaked on the floor, and the power window shade would not open. I called about it and was told that they knew it was broken but could not fix it. Therefore there was no way to let in any light. (My friend's room had a stopped up sink too, so they need some plumbing maintenance.) I had to request new batteries for the TV remote and finally got them on the third day. The rooms were dark and the lighting was inadequate and ugly. The adjustable chair was broken and would not rise to reach the height needed for the desk. The mirror over the desk, which could have been used as a dressing table, was so high that it was impossible to see oneself when sitting down. The furnishings are old and ugly, although the bed was made nicely and was comfortable. There is no microwave in the room. The breakfast was terrible. Even the coffee was awful. Fortunately we were in town for an event and did not stay long in the rooms. The check-in was easy and the young woman was very polite and accommodating. I am sorry for her and the other employees who must hear nothing but complaints. I had housekeeping service one time the first day but even though I requested it again, I was told that I could not have it but every other day. All I wanted was trash removal and a clean towel, and the nice receptionist, I think the same one who got me the batteries, came and emptied my trash. The third day we had no housekeeping service either, although a notice on the bathroom mirror says just to ask for help. Joke. Also 3 nights cost over $640., even with AAA discount. All the personnel were very pleasant. They all seemed to care about our experience. They just don't have a very nice place to represent. This is the only Hampton or Hilton where I have experienced this kind of facilities.

Stains on the walls (had to look close to make sure it wasn’t blood- actually food). Big stain on the ceiling above the bed, and fixtures in the bathroom are completely rusted out. Disappointing stay for a Hampton Inn

We showed up in a rush and Jakelin and Krysta made sure we got into our room promptly with everything we needed. They were very professional and helped us with every need that we had! We would highly recommend coming here!

My stay at the Hampton Inn Perry lasted about 15 mins once I got into my room. I checked in a little after 10pm. The hotel had a musty smell to it when I walked in, and it was obviously not one of the newer hotels. No big deal, I thought. I'm tired after a week of hurricane flood cleanup and need a place to sleep after a long drive. I got up to my room on the second floor. The hallway was warm and still musty (on my way out I noticed the thermostat was set at 63 but the actual temp was 83). My room was not any better. I went straight over to turn down the AC. I tried to turn on the light next to it to be able to see the controls, but it did not work. After turning on the light next to the bed, I had this feeling that I should check the sheets to make sure they were clean. I'm so glad I did - there were little hairs all over them. My next stop was the bathroom to see if it was clean... nope. There were hairs and dirt in the sink and tub too. I then went to the phone to call down to the front office to request a different room. Guess what? It didn't work either. It was missing several buttons and there was no dial tone. I grabbed my things and left. I told the desk clerk that my room was dirty, I was going somewhere else, and asked her to refund my points. She apologized and did as I asked. She did not question what exactly was wrong - my guess is that she wasn't surprised. There was definitely no offer of anything else to make it right, even though Hampton they have their Hampton 100% Guarantee. I'm not one to make a scene or demand things, so I suppose she did what I asked and that should be enough, but we've been at other Hilton family hotels that have bent over backward to make sure we were happy when something was not as it should be (extra snacks, adding points to your account, etc...). I just thought there might be some gesture since it was bad enough for me to leave. On a side note, it took me a while to find a parking spot - I circled the hotel a couple of times looking for something somewhat close to the front entrance. The lot wasn't full, but because I was traveling alone late at night and it was in kind of a sketchy-looking area, I didn't want to be too far away. The way the hotel is set up, all of the parking is either to the side of or behind the hotel. The Diamond member spot I finally found was tucked away in the back of the hotel by the pool. I drove 13 miles up the interstate to the Hampton Inn Warner Robbins and thankfully, it was nice and clean, everything worked as it should, and it was up to the standards we've come to expect from the brand. I highly recommend it! I submitted feedback on my experience 2 weeks ago on the Hilton website. I got an automatic email saying that it had been forwarded to the hotel management and to allow 3 days for a response. I have yet to receive anything from them. This makes me think they are aware of the issues and just don't care. I would definitely NO
