Il titolare persona squisita, ti mette subito a tuo agio. Ci ha accompagnato in camera ed ha spiegato tutto quello necessario per un buon comfort. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, camera fronte mare con vista sulla baia Servizi in camera funzionali, bagno pulito con marmo , ampia doccia

Superbe vue sur le port. Chambre supérieure récente avec tout le confort, bouilloire, réfrigérateur, balcon,grand lit confortable. Accueil très sympathique.Excellent petit déjeuner sur le toit terrasse.Emplacement idéal.

Emplacement parfait Très bon accueil aux petits soins . Très bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur le port depuis la terrasse. Je recommande. Très facile à trouver et digicode pour tenter à n’importe quelle heure. Tout était excellent donc ne pas hésitez si vous loger dans ce port.

Bel établissement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix ,les chambres sont très propres et la situation superbe avec la vue sur le port . Petit bémol l'isolation phonique de la fenêtre sur la rue n'est pas très bonne Petit déjeuner fait maison servis en terrasse sur le toit .

We hebben ons erg welkom en thuis gevoeld bij Russel en zijn moeder. Niets was teveel, écht een aanrader. Alles super schoon, een geweldig ontbijt en formidabele locatie maakten het mindere weer, meer dan goed. Prachtig uitzicht over de vissershaven van Marsaxlokk, een prima uitvalsbasis om Malta te verkennen. Bedankt.

Excellent location in this idyllic fishing village. Breakfast was wonderful served alfresco. Room was large with balcony looking out onto the sea. Recommendations given for local restaurants. Very easy area to walk around and explore. Would definitely stay here again

Absolutely amazing place, right on the promenade, a small guesthouse in a renovated Maltese building, new furniture, immaculately clean, excellent breakfast on the roof terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and all the lovely boats. The owner, Russell, is very friendly and picked us up at the airport, even in the middle of the night.

Great location, comfy bed and super clean. There is no manned lobby, but the check-in is quick once you call via the door bell. We had the only room on the third floor with no view, but did have access to a beautiful terrace that has a great view of the bay. This is the same terrace where breakfast is serviced. The property has an elevator and the access is easy from the street. The only negative is that breakfast is served 8:30 - 10:30 am, which was late for us having an early flight and can see that most travelers would line up at 8:30am to take advantage of the day.

We absolutely fell in love with La Reggia Seaview Guesthouse and I’m positive you will too. This is definitely a hidden gem that offers a great blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking sea views. Run by the fantastic Russel, this boutique guesthouse was the tranquil retreat we so needed. The room was amazing and came equipped with a stunning terrace overlooking the Mediterranean! La Reggia Seaview Guesthouse was truly a memorable stay. The leisurely rooftop breakfast we had each morning was the perfect way to wake up, and definitely the cherry on top of the cake! I would stay here again, in a heartbeat!
