馬拉喀什Mosquée附近住宿

Nice trip with mostly good service.. we had a very nice time in this Riad ( our first experience of a Riad). I will list the negative points first. We booked this holiday through Easyjet after our original hotel booking had to be changed. We did not realise the room was budget room no 13 ..1st floor. The room was dark, the Tv did not work as there was an issue with the Satellite for the whole of our trip.. the beds were very hard and the room was very small with little storage for clothes. We pre ordered an evening meal however we did not receive our tea/coffee and the waiter ignored us and went to sit and chat with his friends on another table. The lack of English by the staff was an problem. The breakfast tea ( mint) was not nice it was over stewed. We booked treatments in the SPA and the booking was incorrectly taken. Thus the result was a foot massage instead of a head massage, although this was still charged for. The booking times were also altered from 90 minutes to 60 minutes without consulting with me.. The matter was brought to the attention of the manager but he did not seem interested. Issue with currency and use of card. This initially was a problem as the hotel did not offer a conversion service and seemed reluctant to accept card. We had to walk into the center to find a conversion shop and queue for 30 minutes. One final issue,, we were concerned for the welfare of the street cats some of whom had eye issues possibly cat flu. While we did not see any cruelty directly towards these beautiful creatures we were upset at how they seem to be ignored and barely tolerated.... it is worth noting that we are all deserving of kindness and medical treatment. Positive points. The air con was excellent, there was little noise at night only the call to prayers at 5.25 in the mornings. The night manager did provide us with blankets to improve the quality of the beds. We could pay the bill using Credit card. We received a nice mint tea and biscuits when we arrived with a detailed map. The Berber evening meal was interesting as was the lunch. The Riad settling was very pretty and cool. There were sunbeds to sit out on to catch some sun if needed. We had a fantastic 3 hour walking guide around the old city which was amazing. There was plenty of water for showers and the Riad was very clean. there were also 2 very friendly puss cats in the hotel.

Magnifique hôtel à la hauteur du Sofitel. Le jardin est superbe très bien entretenu pour boire un verre au coucher du soleil. Une expérience unique au restaurant So Lounge avec son chef cuisinier exceptionnel un marocain vietnamien qui vous fera voyager entre l’Asie et la cuisine marocaine, que je salue.

工作人員非常細心。屋頂露台很可愛,房間和酒店其餘部分也是如此。早餐方便,數量龐大,有幾個選擇。我們建議住在這家酒店,住在遠離麥地那的新城鎮真是太好了。

酒店位於較為市中心的位置，出行方便周圍設施也齊全，但是當我入住的時候，發生了一件很詭異的事情，酒店給了我三樓的房間，當我電梯抵達三樓，發現三樓很多房間在裝修，工人進進出出很雜亂的感覺，我以為可能就幾個房間在改造也沒在意，當我繼續前進去我自己房間的途中，竟然發現還有一段在用衝擊鑽打地麪，聲音巨大灰塵瀰漫，我當即掉頭回到酒店前台要求更換房間並安靜的環境，酒店猶豫了一下給了我一間四樓的房間，但是當我抵達四樓後進入房間，衝擊鑽的聲音依然巨大，根本沒有辦法舒適休息，萬般無奈之下衹能聯繫了攜程客服，最終客服和酒店溝通並給我換到了五樓的靠另一側的房間非常安靜，並給了我意料之外的補償券，感謝攜程客服給力！ 寫這段點評主要想吐槽一下，作為一家五星國際連鎖酒店，接待客人期間，酒店在搞裝修，並把客人安排在裝修層的房間內，簡直匪夷所思！

這次入住體驗非常滿意，酒店地理位置優越，周圍交通便利，出行毫無壓力，房間內配套設施非常齊全，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，大廳簡潔大氣，酒店環境很安靜，氛圍很好，酒店服務很到位，服務人員很熱情，員工們始終保持熱情洋溢的微笑，一舉一動都充滿了專業性和親和力，給人留下了深刻的印象，酒店客房打掃非常及時，高效，工作人員很及時可以處理問題，早餐不錯，尤其是經理Alami先生，態度親和，熱情，服務周到。。。。。。

這是第二次了，很開心 我是一個非常狂躁的人 而且在這家酒店的所有服務我都非常滿意 從到達到離開。 如果有什麼話要說！對我來說，這將是最高的品質區別。

Habitaciones antiguas, los baños viejos, las camas estan bien. Tuvimos que pedir varias veces champu y papel del wc. Las toallas rasposas viejas y grises aunque entiendo que en origen fueron blancas. El comedor fatal, Solo fuimos a cenar una noche porque basicamente la comida era lo que habia sobrado al medio dia. El desayuno fatal, la tostadora vieja y rota. Pedimos una tarjeta en recepcion y nos dieron un papel con la direccion, no tenian ni mapas de la ciudad

Firstly, great clean hotel. Especially entertainment manager Faza. Plus all staff, top notch! For example, we had the suite and found it had a faulty tap/washbasin. The maintenance repaired it within 10 minutes of reporting. Pool size ( adults) is big with lots of space (although we visited mid-Septmber). The pool bar drinks had a variety but they did keep running out of drinks in which could mean a 10 minute wait. Beer was ( in some cases) warm so ask for a bit of ice!). Don't use the bar inside - you pay for that even if you are half or full board. The food was a good variety (breakfast, lunch and main meal). It's not labeled but just ask - the staff are great. Trips into town are about 20 minutes and taxi fare (return) is about 200 dirams. Loads of places in town so plan in advance. HIsham ( customer relations) is great, so check with him. Rooms are cleaned daily, and are really clean. Housekeeping staff are really nice and helpful. Only one real gripe though. Checkout time is 12pm, and you can only have breakfast, NOT LUNCH. The All inclusive bands are taken at 12pm. You then pay extra for lunch,drinks etc. You get to use the amenities,( toilet, water, gym,) but that's it. The hotel need to change that policy, as we can't fathom why they do this. Other then that, we can't fault the place, and the wonderful staff.
