Excellent hotel. From the airport pick up to noureddine haggling to get us a better price for our taxi to our next location, we couldn’t fault this hotel. Beautiful interior, huge rooms, lovely breakfast, perfect location near the main square and staff who couldn’t do more for you. We had seen some reviews about the location - it being down a not well lit (and not easy to find) laneway. That is true, but we never felt unsafe in marrekesh. And the hotel met us on arrival to make sure we found it ok. Definitely recommend this riad.

A Home Away from Home in the Heart of Marrakesh Staying at this riad was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakesh. Nestled right in the bustling main market square, the location is unbeatable. Everything you need—from vibrant souks to the finest local eateries—is just a few steps away. Yet, once inside, the riad offers an oasis of calm, with its serene courtyard and traditional Moroccan design transporting you to a world far removed from the busy streets. The rooms are impeccably comfortable, with cozy beds and all the modern amenities you’d need, without losing that authentic Moroccan charm. The attention to detail in the décor, from the intricate tiling to the beautifully designed furniture, makes you feel like you're living in a piece of history, with the luxury of modern comforts. However, what truly sets this riad apart is the impeccable service, especially from Mr. Noor, the manager. Mr. Noor was almost always present, offering expert guidance and genuine care that made our stay exceptional. Whether it was a recommendation for the best local hammam, or tips on navigating the market, his advice was invaluable. His deep knowledge of the area, combined with a warm and welcoming personality, made him feel like a trusted friend. You could tell he genuinely wanted to ensure that every guest had the best possible experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, offering insights that transformed our trip from a standard visit into an immersive cultural experience. If you’re looking for the best spots to visit or need a customized itinerary, he’s the person to talk to. The genuine care he has for his guests is rare and something that will stay with me long after my trip has ended. In short, if you’re planning a trip to Marrakesh, this riad should be at the top of your list. Its location is superb, the rooms are comfortable, and the service, led by the incredible Mr. Noor, is second to none. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
