1 stella - Esperienza pessima La mia esperienza al Quity Point Hostel di Marrakech è stata terribile. Sono arrivato con il mio amico la sera del 6 febbraio 2025 e, nonostante avessimo prenotato e pagato in anticipo, ci è stato rifiutato il check-in. La causa? Mio amico ha un passaporto marocchino, anche se vive in Italia da più di 10 anni. Quando abbiamo chiesto perché non fosse stata comunicata questa politica, ci hanno risposto che non avevano informazioni a riguardo, e non c'era nulla nella descrizione dell'ostello o nella conferma della prenotazione. Ci hanno cacciato alle 22:00 di notte, senza alcun tipo di supporto o aiuto nel trovare un'altra sistemazione. Siamo stati costretti a cercare un hotel a tarda notte, con le valigie, e abbiamo dovuto pagare un hotel molto più costoso. L'ostello non ha rispettato la promessa di rimborso e, invece di rimborsarci, ci ha addebitato l'importo per una notte mai trascorsa. Nonostante avessero detto che ci avrebbero inviato un'email con il rimborso, non è mai arrivato nulla. Questa è stata una delle peggiori esperienze di viaggio che ho mai avuto e sono estremamente deluso dalla gestione e dal trattamento ricevuto. Non consiglio assolutamente questo ostello a nessuno.

J'ai adoré mon expérience dans cet hostel. L'espace est grand, il y a un super rooftop avec vu sur le coucher et lever du soleil. Une piscine assez grande. Ce que j'ai préféré, c'est le personnel, très aidant, sympatique. J'etais dans une chambre et le service de ménage au top. La reception 24h sur 24 est très pratique aussi. Il y a aussi couscous un chat adorable. Bref, je recommande vivement!

Ubicación estupenda, piscina agradecida para los calores de mayo, y unos espacios comunes muy agradables, tanto en la terraza como por el resto de plantas del riad; las recomendaciones del coordinador, muy amable, para comer fuera, sitios pintorescos, etc, nos sirvieron de muchisimo. Eso si, publico joven.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in. Booked a private room with it's own ensuite. Great deal on it. Excellent location. Amazing staff. Great place to meet fellow travelers. I booked an airport transfer and despite a flight delay they waited and it went without hitch. There is a bar ...pool ...sun terrace and loungers...even a spa..all within the confines of an old Medina where even cars can't go....This is a very unique place.

Clean, beautifully decorated hostel with events available to book including: massage, day trips and excursions. Staff were friendly easy to deal with and gave me tips for my visit. The best thing is the swimming pool which is crystal clear and so clean. I have to give a mention to all the cleaners they are so hard working and my room alwas always tidy and fixed daily. Selima was such a nice lady I asked her to kindly sweep some sand and replace some sheets & got immediate service. Also every day she kept checking our room to see if it was acceptable for our stay. Give her a raise! 😄👍🏼

My recent stay at Equity Point Hostel in Marrakesh was extremely disappointing. From the moment of arrival, the reception staff was rude and unprofessional. Despite booking for multiple guests, we were only provided with one key room and locker, with additional charges for extra keys. The condition of the facilities was appalling, with pillows that were torn, stained with blood and mold, and with pillowcases that only fitted half of the stained pillows. Towels for both the floor and face had to be paid for separately, and on my second night, all the covers were removed from my bed for no reason. Once asked for one, they gave me one with stains of blood. The only redeeming aspect was the food, with decent breakfast options and satisfactory dinner offerings. However, this does not justify the numerous issues encountered during my stay. Overall, I cannot recommend Equity Point Hostel to anyone. It's simply not worth the money or the patience required to endure such substandard treatment.
