伊波羅之星俱樂部棕櫚林飯店(Iberostar Club Palmeraie Marrakech All Inclusive)

Alles super: Service, Sauberkeit und besonders die Musik an der Bar war klasse, der Musiker Momo ist ein Talent.

Très bon sejour en famille pour Noel. Un buffet de noel extraordinaire tant pour la présentation soignée que les mets raffinés et de grande qualité (langoustes, gambas, huitre de 1er choix)...le service est impeccable, les chambres propores et confortables, les installations Très bien. Tous les atouts sont présents pour un séjour réussi !

Really good stay. Bar staff in particular are very friendly and attentive. Some of the best food we've had at an all inclusive. Rooms are fairly basic but spacious. We used the free shuttle into the city a few times which was very easy, and there were always taxis outside the hotel if you wanted to use those also. The one thing that let the trip down was the noise from the hotel you could hear from the room, not sound proofed at all. We got used to it by the end of the week but the first few nights were not that pleasant because of it.

Room wasnt well yaken care of and had to kill some flies and spider within yhe first hour of settling in. Internet broadband was terrible. Entertainment was great as staff were courteous and made good efforts to activities lifely and engaging. Great food options for breakfasts lunch and dinner. Nice children swimming people with safety staff always visible. Stayed between 12 to 16 August 2023

Personnel très gentils et serviables toujours avec le sourire. Activités nombreuses sans être obligatoires. Soirées bien animées avec spectacle. Repas très très bons. Apero sans limite.

Hotel com óptimas condições e óptima comida. Mas o serviço de quartos fica muito aquem do esperado para este nivel de hotel. A limpeza é bastante tardia, de manhã vão apenas recolher as toalhas e não deixam lavadas nem limpam os quartos, quando se regressa da piscina pela hora de almoço para tomar banho não há toalhas, temos de andar a pedir e nem sempre levam.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. L'hôtel est confortable, propre et calme. Le buffet est varié et bon. l'équipe est pro et à l'écoute des clients.

The staff were amazing going above and beyond our expectations … a special mention to Adrahi by the pool for his wonderful happy service. We had a fabulous stay . The grounds were kept beautifully and the rooms and communal areas clean and well looked after. The entertainment staff were energetic and fun. Actually couldn’t fault the hotel or it’s staff Thankyou for a fabulous few days we wish we had been staying longer 🤗

The stay at Iberostar Marrakech was fabulous. The staff were so freindly and attentive to all our needs. Nothing seemed too much trouble! The food across the day was of a very high quality and there was so much choice it was amazing. Free shuttle bus to the city was also a real plus.
