里亞德達爾迪亞庫姆飯店(RIAD DAR DIALKOUM)

El Riad es precioso y el personal encantador, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos muy amablemente . El único inconveniente es que no pudimos dormir bien ninguna de las dos noches. Nos hospedaron en la habitación de planta baja, junto a la cocina y la puerta de entrada. Eso significa que por la noche, cuando el resto de huéspedes regresaban al Riad, nos despertamos con el ruido de la puerta, conversaciones en el patio,… y por la mañana, desde temprano, escuchamos el ruido en la cocina por la preparación del desayuno y los huéspedes desayunando. Creo que esta habitación no se debe comercializar. Tendría más sentido que ese espacio fuera ocupado por la recepción del Riad.

Riad très agréable, cependant quelques points noirs viennent entacher la prestation à laquelle nous nous attendions pour 110€ la nuit. Chasse d'eau fuyant en continu(non réparée malgré plusieurs demandes), personnel absent du riad par moment, peignoirs manquants un jour sur 2, petit déjeuner en deçà de nos espérance pour le prix payé, bouteilles d'eau non remplacées en chambre alors que l'eau courante n'est pas potable.

Hot water didn’t work in our room, when they came to fix it, it was rusty. Listing of room looks like a tub, it’s only a shower quite deceiving. By the time the water came clear the hot water was all gone. The riad smells of smoke and if you have any respiratory issues this is not the place to stay. Did not have these issues at other riads we stayed at. Path to get to Riad is very remote and dangerous nearly got mugged coming into Riad at night. Had trouble with the key no one answers the door. No 24 hour service. No help bringing our bags to the car. Paid over 400 euro for the romantic suite what a waste.

Super structure , personnels et animateur s au top et toujours disponible , propreté de l’établissement confort des chambres. Nous avons sympathisé avec Ibra animateur du club coralia qui a été super sympa et disponible pour des informations tout au long de notre séjour ainsi que Mohammed bagagiste qui a été au top. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel et ce club.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, sin duda repetiríamos aquí. Viaje corto con mi pareja, sitio muy acogedor. La atención, la amabilidad, muy serviciales. Muy buena acogida. La habitación muy limpia, detalle de bienvenida. Tiene aire acondicionado. Por la mañana sirven un desayuno delicioso, eso sí, avisa el día de antes si tienes que desayunar temprano por alguna actividad. Caminando se pueden acceder a muchos sitios turísticos, bien situado

Gran Riad, espectacular, precioso como se ve en las fotos, pero aún mejor lo que no se ve, el trato es exquisito, todos son muy amables y te hacen sentir en familia, te ayudan en todo lo necesario para pasar esos días con relax y toda la información necesaria. No se escucha un ruido, las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario. No hay nada malo en el Riad. Sin duda volveremos.

They were extremely rude from the second we walked in the door. Instead of a greeting, I was asked about my nationality. Although we addressed the issue and was offered an apology, it felt as if we weren’t welcome the rest of two nights.When we asked about the FREE airport shuttle that we were supposed to receive they told my husband to go get a taxi.Also, even though I had already paid for the rooms a month in advance they pestered me about paying the tourist tax each time they saw me in the courtyard. I was quite willing to pay just that they acted as if one was going to take off without paying the tourist tax, by asking repeatedly.They helped me to get a taxi when onward leaving but told the driver to charge us almost double the actual price. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed on many riads always enjoy getting too know people wherever we stay and always had a great time in roads at Marrakesh.So this was quite disappointing.I was quite shocked at how rude the staff at this riad were too us. Also, we were told we could have breakfast on the roof, then we we asked about it they told us it was only downstairs. There was an uncomfortable feeling. I saw them being very kindly to other clients, and one reason I picked the riad was because of the great reviews. I honestly feel they have a negative attitude towards Black Americans.My husband is from Morocco and the staff speaks English. Please take note if you stay that this is what you may face.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans le Riad fin Mai 2023. + 20min de marche de la place Jemaa el Fna + personnel au petit soin et souriant. Nous demandons tous les jours comment nous allions, si nous avons besoin de quelque chose, ils nous ont même proposés un parapluie le jour il a plu. + petit déjeuner copieux et très appétissant + les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables avec une belle décoration + a quelques rues afin d’avoir un taxi

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au riad dar dialkoum ! Abdoul et les autres membres du riad étaient exceptionnellement gentils et serviables ! Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre venue au Riad et recommandons ce riad plein de charme (piscine, terrasse au rez de chaussée et sur le toit, transat pour observer les étoiles la nuit).
