海濱華美達飯店(Ramada by Wyndham Marina)

Our stay was amazing!! This hotel was not located in the most scenic area of town but the facility itself was so nice. We stayed in the suit option that had two king sized beds and a pull out twin bed and we had more than enough space for our family of four. The room was really clean (and smelled clean) and the restroom and shower were great! You can tell the hotel was remodeled not too long ago. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

Not at all what was posted on website for description of area around the hotel . The marina is about 15 min drive from hotel . The receptionist Indian lady was very rude . The younger lady she was better help . The mattress at the hotel need replacing they squeak loud at every turn ..we had double beds in our room the other bed squeek as well . Will not be coming back here again . Wish I can record the loudness of the squeaking mattress it’s no joke ! Didn’t have a rested night due to squeaky noise . Over priced for sure ! No continental breakfast only coffee and juice . No pool either .

The room was excellent, clean and quiet. Very close to the beach and the staff are very professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

The rooms are nice and large and very clean. What I did NOT like was that, we reserved two rooms. When we arrived at 4:15 (15 minutes after check in time) only one of the rooms was available and we had to wait for 30-45mins for the second room to be ready, which is a long time when you have a two year old. Nevertheless, we waited. The next day, my wife and I went for a marathon and came back at 11:30AM. I asked if we could get a 15 minute late checkout so we can shower, the checkout was at 12. The Manager/owner (the older gentlemen) said they would have to charge us $60 fee. I told them that the previous day they were about 1 hour late in checking us in to our room and his response was "That is not my problem" and he turned around and walked into his office. This is not professional and we felt very bad. It RUINED our stay at this Ramada. My wife and I couldn't believe what he had said, since our request was not unreasonable, especially when they check us in late. Wont stay here again.

Property was on an area that i didn't feel safe. The toilet was broken and running all the time. bad experience.

Rather disappointed. Room had absolute basics. No closet or bar to hang clothes. No iron or ironing board. No clock! Breakfast said through 10am. They closed it early. No staff at front desk. Eventually, upon checkout, we waited long enough for staff... complained about no breakfast... got attitude and a too bad type answer. Had to go off site for breakfast and coffee. We paid $365 for one night and it was not worth it. Will not stay here again.
