In the district of Fiumetto 600 m from the centre of Marina di Pietrasanta, in a central, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: large, well-kept garden (fenced) with flowers and trees. Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning (extra). Public parking on the road. Shop 600 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bar, bakery 200 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Pietrasanta" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, surf school 200 m, tennis 1 km, children's playground 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 4 km, Pietrasanta 4 km, Pisa 35 km, Lucca 35 km, Firenze 95 km, Cinque Terre 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Massaciuccoli 15 km. Schönes aber eher älteres Ferienhaus. Es hat einen sehr schönen Gartensitzplatz und einen grossen Esstisch. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider machen zu dieser Zeit alle Bagno und Restaurant zu.
