Nice for the $$, however, at 345am this truck pulled up outside and from the ungodly noise it made, I was awoken from my sleep thinking something was getting ready to crash into building. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep after that. I immediately complained to night staff and he wouldn't do anything about it or offer me anything for my night of sleep being ruined. Won't be back.

Customer service was beyond horrible. My room toilet stopped up i called guest service she said you have to say you want a tranfer before i can transfer your room. When i say tranfer she says oh we have no more of your rooms available. Then i call the next morning constantly from my room phone no one would answer so i had to call from my cell phone to get an answer. I finally got my toilet unstopped 30 mins before checking out.

Read the negative reviews before booking. We walked into a clean and brand new looking hotel. Very friendly and helpful front desk clerk. Clean elevators. Clean room. We arrived at 9pm, there were cleaning staffing turning over rooms at night. Not sure what people expect, but would definitely stay here again.

Had people running up and down the hallway till after midnight and slamming doors and management did nothing. Don't know why🤔

First room smelled like smoke got a second room was not the cleanest. The elevator was beeping every 1 minute and the staff seemed ambivolent. I saw an error on the elevator. Also hardly ever see anyone at the front desk.

The accommodations inside the property were good. Our only concern was the surrounding woods had quite a few homeless people living in it. It started behind the Hardee’s and continued up to the parking lot of the property. This was very unsettling.

The ac unit was on some kind of timer and I had to turn it back on multiple times in the middle of the night. Made sleeping very difficult. The assistant manager didn’t do anything for us when I mentioned it at checkout.

Omg this was by far my best experience. The staff were all amazing and greeted, smiled and very helpful.
