山鄉村飯店(Hill Country Inn)

This is a budget motel. But I rated it poor because basic things were below what I would expect even from a low priced room There was no internet. The ice machine was broken. The floor in my room was filthy. The toilet was not fastened to the floor properly. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work.

The room had no heat. My technician had to use his portable heater to sleep. He told me the heater was broke.

This property needs some serious maintenance. TLC. Ceiling is peeling apart. Faucets are loose. Light fixtures and outlets don’t work. Vents aren’t all the way secured and there’s debris coming out of them. The door has excessive and exposed holes from where previous locks were installed and removed. There are handwritten notices throughout the property which makes it look really trashy. The place wasn’t necessarily dirty, it just needs some serious maintenance. The chick at the desk last night was really cool. Very social and polite and also thorough and and professional.

My room was dirty, and there were cockroaches in the room. It also looked like my bedsheets hadn’t been washed. They did not smell great either. My shower barely worked and the floor was dirty.

I would not recommend this place. The order of urine, mild and mildew was potent. I will definitely steer clear of this place in the future.

The pool was green and needed water. There were no chairs outside of the rooms. There was only 1 coffee for 2 people. The for alarm did not have fresh batteries (it was constantly beeping) in the 1st room we were placed in and the phone was broken when i called the front desk. The second room was nice on the inside. Parking was hard to come by. The beds were comfortable. Not worth the price we paid. Online i put in the amenities for a hotel with breakfast and there was no breakfast.

Rooms need to be updated and refreshed. Faucet in shower was coming off . Light fixtures exposed over shower.

Mattresses can stand replacement. The room door was difficult to operate. The air conditioning was ample, however, only offered one speed, high. When finding this hotel on the internet, it stated that a complimentary breakfast, in which none was offered. False advertising, perhaps to lure people to your hotel.

Almost ripped my oil pan open at the front office . Ran over a piece of steel laying in the parking lot in front of my room. Had to listen to loud tejano music when trying to sleep.
