西方巴努斯港(Occidental Puerto Banus)

Great location, big rooms, decent breakfast... Nonetheless very noisy from the activity in the lobby to the neighbors walking around...

Achei caríssimo, £25, o estacionamento por noite. Outros hotéis do mesmo nível oferece estacionamento gratuito.

Muy buen hotel, muy centrico

Hotellet ligger bra och erbjuder parkering för 25 Eur per natt i säkert garage under hotellet Bra frukost och helt ok buffe på kvällen om man vill få det( 20 Eur per pers) Hotellet ligger utmed huvudvägen och det kan upplevas störande ljud. Vi tyckte dock det var på helt ok nivå Priset ca 1700kr/natt inkl frukost anser vi vara rimligt i jmf med andra likvärdiga hotell Det fanns ett fint poolomr som vi inte utnyttjade Vänlig personal Nyrenoverat och fräscht hotell på gångavstånd till centrala puerto banos

En general el alojamiento está bien, la habitación es amplia y el desayuno variado y de calidad. No obstante, mi estancia fue arruinada por lo siguiente. Un día antes de salir del alojamiento decidí enviar un traje para que me lo lavaran con la promesa que estaría en menos de 24 horas. Después de 24 horas cuando voy a preguntar por el traje, me lo traen en una bolsa arrugado y sin planchar. A todo esto, la Directora nos atiende y después de pedir reiteradas disculpas no ofrece compensación proporcional a lo causado y nos ofrece agua para el viaje. Cosa que considero que es un insulto. Lamentablemente no puedo recomendar este sitio, ya que también nos mintieron ya que la recepcionista nos dijo que había sido un problema de la máquina y la Directora admitió que tenían externalizada la lavandería y que no les habían podido coger el traje. Lamentablemente no puedo recomendar este establecimiento por la manera en que se gestionó mi incidente.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Puerto Banus!! L’hôtel est très bien situé, entouré de restaurants et de boutiques. Il est à environ 6-7 km de Marbella Old Town. Il y est possible de s’y rendre à pieds ou à vélo par la piste cyclable longeant la mer. Le buffet petit-déjeuner inclu est très varié et les produits sont frais.

The location is really good the rooms are clean and spacious. The air con is useless in the rooms we had to open the doors and we was road side so the noise was a joke! Getting ready drying my hair was a nightmare as was sweating! The reception is so so slow they are lovely staff but need at least 5 people on the double sided reception as it’s always so busy! We used our milk the first day we was there this never got replaced at all even after 6 days. The pool doesn’t open until 10am it should be 9am as we are up and about at 9 and want to sunbath. This is a good hotel but needs to tweek the above to be really good. Would stay again but aware of all the above.

C'est un bon hotel, les suites au dernier étage sont sympa. Un point à améliorer: la déco est minimaliste genre scandinave mais zéro chaleur. Mais tout le reste est top!
