Facilities were clean as expected

Un accueil parfait du monsieur comme de la dame. Idem pour l'homme à tout faire. Chambre méritant un bon coup de fraîcheur notamment au niveau du bas de lit très taché et vue de l'extérieur gâchée par des débris de voiture (pare brise et autres morceaux), des seaux, etc : suffit juste de les déplacer ! Sinon chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut : linge, produits d'hygiène et café pour deux jours. Mais l'infernal c'est le bruit de la route !!!! Toute la nuit. Au moins pour les chambres donnant sur la highway. Donc faudrait aussi penser au triple vitrage... 🙃 Bon, les sourires du personnel me font mettre 4 quand même 😊

Upon check in, our door was not only unlocked, but it was open! Additionally, the hotel stated that quiet time started at 9pm. Our upstairs neighbors were very loud well after 10pm. I reported this to the front desk, but they just shrugged it off. Not very happy.

Quiet old school Keys hotel but it’s been updated. It’s on the water and has a little area with hammocks and chairs to hang out. Customer service was good up until the last day. Person in the office was kind of rude. Other staff was very courteous. Best price for a 2 bedroom suite with a patio in pretty much all of the keys!

As pepople coming 1300 miles i do not expext to swim only in the pool, its not hard to rake off grass near shore and have atleast steps going in the water so people can snorkel and see some tropical water, but i guess what you pay for thats what you get, all other things is not bad

I fell in the bathtub the second day there and was bruised all over. I recently had surgery on my shoulder and my husband explained that to them as he was filling out a accident report. The manager was supposed to give us a call about a refund since we left 3 days early due to my fall and room conditions. Still haven’t heard from her.

Beautiful views… property seemed maintained and room smelt so clean! We stayed in room 13 and unfortunately the king size bed frame was broke. We let the front desk know and they sent maintenance who screwed in some wood blocks but that did not fix the issue. Horrible sleep if any. We did some fishing off the dock and wanted to use the properties kayaks which in your welcome letter states you can use them until dusk/sundown which was around 8:30. Front desk said when we asked about using them we only had until 4 since there office closes shortly after. That was disappointing. We stayed 2 nights and booked somewhere else. Again, very clean just uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Office hours were inconvenient. We went for fishing which starts early in the mornings and goes until the evening. 9am to 5pm Office hours were difficult. They did accommodate. I couldn't check in or check out with a human.

Tous etait bien. La Litrerie , le personnel, le paysage Par contre la nuit venue il y a beaucoup de moustiques.
