El personal que trabaja en la instalacion, todos son amables, respetuosos y ante cualquier duda, enseguida te atienden y te resuelven cualquier problema, son muy profesionales con su trabajo, al igual de los que trabajan en el Restaurant, es un buen lugar para relaj****.

Great location, about 1-1/2 hours from Key West, 10 minutes to local restaurants. Free breakfast was OK, convenient. Room was clean but upstairs next to cafe which you can hear a lot of banging in the morning and evening. Nice pool and beach area. Can’t really walk into the ocean because of rocks and lots of sea****. Good value

Clean, well kept property. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly, keeping me updated with room preparation and check in time via text. Also checked in with me before the office closed to ask if I needed anything - nice touch! I will definitely stay here again!

At first glance everything seemed acceptable, then the mold smell got worse, we couldn’t sleep, so checked AC filter, ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, and what I thought were stains on the ceiling over our beds was actually active growing mold! Staff did come in quickly and bleached and vacuumed filter (which shld been done before check in!) Comfortable beds but not a single place to hang clothes and only a few drawers for a 4 person rm. Oh and don’t ever stay in room #1, it’s right below the kitchen of the “hideaway cafe” which btw is a very busy restaurant Thurs-Sun and you ain’t sleeping worth a damn until after midnight, or past 7am becamuse of their “free breakfast”! Jacuzzi hot tub by pool stopped working midweek. Kayaks were more expensive to rent then elsewhere. And included “Free breakfast “ wasn’t worth free…the staff, except for Elena, all looked miserable and I don’t think knew how to smile. So yeah….we checked out earlier than planned.

Es un buen lugar aunque su zona de playa es sucia y de difícil acceso. El personal es excelente .

The room was clean and pretty nice but the property overall was run down. The Resturant staff was not great. The food was not prepared well.

Sadly one of the worst places i have stayed from service to location. Unhelpful staff, shabby rooms, trash lying around and dangerous floors. I am never the first to complain but this place needs to be shut down and aome love put into it. Everything is shabby and not old Florida. I could excuse that if it were true but its not. When you walk into reception you know from the dirty and unorganized area your room and experience is going to be the same. Ive attached photo's. I've now read other reviews and wish i has never have taken my english family there. We checked out after only one night. AVOID!!!

Upon arrival, we noticed the resort was quite old and appeared far less than well-maintained on the exterior. We were happy walking into the room that they seemed more updated than outside. We saw a roach run out from under a door, so we opened that door thinking it was a closet. It was the water heater room which had missing drywall and opened and exposed walls and ceilings. There were many more bugs in that closet and the floor was covered with rat feces. I text the manager, and did not receive a single response. Without notice or a call a man knocked on our door late at night asking if we wanted to switch rooms. We questioned the front desk manager who I believe is also the owner the next morning. She did not apologize or even offer a smile. She did last cancel night too. But charged over $500 for the first night. Not worth the money whatsoever. We went down the road to the Marriott and had a much more comfortable and clean stay for less money.
