Me gusta mucho este hotel, todo excelente, limpieza , camas súper cómodas, almohadas varias para escoger, y todo huele a limpio!!! Y un desayuno caliente muy sabroso !! Yo siempre vuelvo !

Cómodo la ubicación limpieza atención No me gusto que el reembolso de garantía no sea inmediato (que tarden días en regresarlo)

Didn’t like how the room smelled like strong urine, specially coming from a long drive it just smelled aweful

Reserved room beginning of October. Hotel calls on DAY OF ARRIVAL, to tell us room is not available due to construction. We reserved this room specifically for my handicapped mother! They said it should have never been rented, they should have told us that when we rented the room so we could make other arrangements. The non handicap room theybgave us cost the same price. Room was also dirty, there was drywall dust all over bathroom, bathtub was not clean. Beds were broken. Did not even try an compensate us one bit!

Clean, comfortable and easily accessible. They were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early on Thanksgiving day. Breakfast was pretty gkids as well. Definately will stay here again. Only down side was I could have used a more comfortable chair to sit in when reading.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the elevator felt loose and a little bit dirty, hallway was dirty, the room was acceptable but can be cleaner. The table area on the back of the first floor next to the pool was awfully dirty, full of cockroaches and dirty chairs and tables. Breakfast was good.

Clean, new, many dining and shopping options within walking distance, freeway-close.
