This is the worst hotel I ever been, I’ve travel around the world and stayed with thousands of hotel around the world. This is the worst experience I’ve ever have. First of all, they need every customer ware a hand *****, I am a guest, not a patient in hospital or a prisoner, it is not comfortable. Besides, the hotel without any elevator, if you have luggage, don’t come. You have to climb up very narrow staircase, it is a nightmare, and all their staff will never help you, even if you would like to pay them, they just said customer lift their luggage up, if you are lucky, you stay on first floor, then just one level up, if not, it would be a great exercise. Also the worst thing is I book the hotel by Trip.con here, with prepaid, I already show them the vouchers with online paid, but they chase for me said they have not get the payment, ask me to use my credit card for open payment, if they could not get money tomorrow, they will charge me. This is a crazy hotel. I never think Best Western like this. I will never stay in this and Best Western for rest of my life, and will ask all my friends don’t book this hotel and brand. If you would like to stay, then good luck to you. I will move to other hotel tomorrow. Originally, my team need to stay here for 3 days or more for 2 rooms. But I MUST move to City Express tomorrow.

Problema con la habitación Solicité la habitación porque tenía tina , y resultó que me dieron una sin tina, además el servicio de Check in, me pareció que las señoritas lo hacían con muy poca calidez, no tenían toallas para la alberca, y el estacionamiento lo tuve que resolver solo ya que el hotel no te ofrece opciones más que estacionarse en la calle porque no tenían lugar

Las televisiones no tienen conexión a internet aún cuando son smart, no pudieron resolverme la conexión ya que mencionan que tienen cable y no es verdad, solo hay tv abierta, el internet pésimo. Definitivamente no vuelvo a hospedarme aquí... Era de mis preferidos pero cambiaron para mal.

El ceviche es aceptable, pésima atención, nunca fueron para ofrecer servicio a la alberca ni a la playa, el lugar esta muy deteriorado. No aceptan tarjeta debito y no pueden cobrar con tarjeta de crédito. Porque no cargar a tu cuarto y al final pagar la cuenta? Es muy inconveniente traer efectivo o tarjeta en la playa

Llegue un poco antes del horario de check inn, entiendo que no me asignen habitación, pero no me dejaron utilizar las instalaciones del hotel. El agua de la alberca esta helada. Lo unico bueno el chico que te pone sillas y sombrilla en la playa tiene una excelente actitud y trato.

La firma de la empresa no es suficiente para garantizar la calidad del hotel. La habitacion sucia, cristales rotos, sucios, enegrecidos, cortinas con polvo, muebles y puertas de policarbonato, lámpara inservible Un hotel viejo, descuidado que fue habilitado por la empresa. Una vergüenza para la firma internacional.
