Just ok. The room was nice The staff was friendly. The problem was that the breakfast room was terrible. There was no room to move around The tables were to close to each other, when we sat down it was very hard to get up everything was to close to each other several other people fell the same way and the food was not very good either with the possible exception of the waffles no fruit no decaf coffee My wife and I normally stay at best western hotels however we will never stay at this hotel again and that’s a same because you staff was great and our room was nice Just to let You know the other guests that we spoke to felt the same way. If You want to keep you guest coming You need to make some changes. By the way we are best western rewards members My wife always says if you don’t know that something is wrong You can’t fix it. Stay was ok. The room smelled pretty musty, I think due to the carpets. Every time we entered the room that smell was so strong. Also we are a family of 4 and only provided 3 towels. The breakfast was basic. Overal just an OK stay.

I was surprised to have booked a suite. It was comfortable and met my needs for the overnight stay. Very clean. Staff was efficient.

I needed one night to deal w family business. The hotel was convenient, clean and efficient.

Easy check-in and great customer service. I had an issue with my tv and Katie came right up and fixed it. Then about midnight I had another issue and had to call the front desk again. Katie came right up and handled the problem. She went above and beyond with out hesitation and with the greatest attitude.! Breakfast was served to us and coffee was delish. I will definitely stay here again.

It's very confusing as to to the why this hotel is rejecting its patrons. We travel 5 days per week just about every week of the year and almost always select BW hotels. Yet this hotel in Tracy has rejected our Hispanic managers when they are checking in. From saying they can't find the ********** reservation to forcing upgrades to be paid out of ********** and direct to the hotel. Extremely disappointing. Not sure if they are discriminating.

All in all it was a nice stay but the floors are so thin that it sounds like the people up above us were coming through they were very heavy foot

Clean and nice big rooms. Great for work and visiting national parks nearly.

Room was okay. Bed was okay. The plus is they had active security outside the hotel as the area seemed very sketchy. If there was no security we would not have stayed. Breakfast was pretty good! Front check in lady was very nice and made us feel welcomed.
