Very close to I95, friendly staff and very nice. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and clean.

We choose Hampton Inn because it is reliably nice. This one was not up to the usual standards. It is in desperate need of some TLC. We booked a room with a king bed, but couldn’t have it because it had a broken shower door that had been removed. One of the doors leading outside had an “Out of Order” sign on it. We had to take a room with two queens. The beds were nice, but all the furniture was old. Breakfast was standard and the breakfast lady was nice, or I might have given this stay 2 stars.

The shower leaked all ocer the bathroom and the pillows were bad and not enough for a king size bed

I have issues with my shoulders so when we arrived I called the front desk and asked for a couple of pillows. Her response was “I don’t know if we g”have any but I’ll check and call you back”. No followup and my call to housekeeping went directly to a busy signal.

This hotel was a mixed bag. The people were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, but there were a few quirks that brought my rating down. There were no amenities (bar soap, lotion, etc.) in the bathroom, except for the containers attached to the shower wall. When I inquired at the desk, they said that they ran out. So, I had to use the body wash to wash my hands in the sink. Also, the room did not have a chair to go with the desk. Again, I inquired and was told that it should be there. Evidently the previous guest did something that necessitated it being removed for cleaning. Really?? Also, one of the beds was comfortable, the other had a large dip in the center. Quality control needs to be upgraded here.

Water wasn't very hot to take a shower. Our room, #113, could use some freshening up. New lamps and new chairs as they look dated. Something that would brighten up the room.

Tyler, at the reception was high or drunk, I was as acting weard, could not read my name on my driver license, and I was finding funny my name. The guys want to fight with me at à certain point ! The worst check in of my life !!!
